  I forgot to take pictures due to having to send my plate back to cook my steak little more. So I got a huge steak, broccoli and mashed garlic potatoes and overall everything was flavorful and delicious. I stuffed myself crazy and was full as a tick by the time I left. I would recommend this place but the waitress was a little weird.

  The service was mediocre. The server didn't come by and refill our drinks. Our meals came out right after our appetizer was served. The ribs were cold and had to be sent back. It was a birthday dinner, so it was disappointing. I would be hard pressed to go back, especially for the price you pay for a lackluster experience.

  We had a bit of a rough start to our visit, as we waited about 15 minutes after being seated without anyone coming to our table. Brynn noticed us, came over, and immediately offered to find out who our server was. She ended up taking care of our table herself, and completely turned the experience around. Brynn was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our entire meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. While the initial wait definitely shouldn’t have happened, Brynn’s service more than made up for it and gave us a great experience at Saltgrass. Thank you, Brynn! You are an amazing server and truly deserve recognition for the way you take care of your guests. We would absolutely ask for you again! 💝

  We had a party of 9 in July. We received excellent service. We had a very short wait for a table. The filet mignon was recommended and it was the best I’ve ever had. Everyone enjoyed their delicious meals of various steaks, salmon and chicken dinners. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  Worst experience in a long time by a staff that couldn’t care less. We got our initial drinks, and the soda was off, flat, just not great. We said something and the server made an effort to try another location and it was also bad so we just declined the soda. After waiting 45 minutes for our food. Our kids grilled cheese came out, burnt on the cheese side. Like black. This made it all the way to the table without being noticed. Not even sure how that happens. My alcoholic beverages when done, never once offered a refill, I would have definitely wanted another drink since I’m on vacation. The side green beans were literally raw green beans. When I asked for the manager she exclaimed, “I’m sorry I’m all alone here”. This restaurant was not busy, many servers milling about. I asked for the check once I couldn’t wait any longer, as I assumed something would be said and after all that I got the check. Paid full price for everything including the grilled cheese and soda. I probably would have just let it go, and it’s definitely not about the $13. But more about the principle, take the grilled cheese and soda off the ticket. When I asked why it was still on the check they asked was something wrong. I just laughed and said I’ll pay I just want to leave. This isn’t a real saltgrass location. This would never happen in Texas. Edit: to be fair I came here last year and enjoyed it. Not sure what the disconnect is.
