  Man this place is nice but when you buy a $100 steak that should be medium and you get a cow you have to take to the vet to bring back to life to struggle is real!!

  My girlfriend and I came here for our duo birthday celebration, Marina was our server and did such a phenomenal job. She came recommended so I requested and WOW, she did not disappoint! Her knowledge of the menu was absolutely incredible, she was giving us recommendations on what to get, asking us what we liked and knew exactly what to recommend with my dietary restrictions. In our reservation, we said it was a birthday dinner and she even had custom menus with our name printed on them waiting for us! I highly recommend requesting her if you want a personalized special experience for any occasion. She will make you feel so special, comfortable and welcomed! 10/10 recommend her and Mastro’s for a special occasion. Thank you Marina!

  If you do nothing else in this lifetime - Order the Maguro Tuna Lime Sushi roll. THIS was the BEST sushi I have EVER had in my life -( and I'm originally from the Bay Area.) We visited last night for the first time for our 17th wedding anniversary and it did not dissappoint. It for real- no lie- actually blew my mind. 🤯 Our server, Cal, was truly wonderful, so patient, so well spoken, so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The lady on the piano (Im so sorry I dont know her name - 🤦‍♀️) was EXCELLENT- and created the perfect kind of Mastros vibe ✨️ thoroughly enjoyed her music. I had forgotten how pleasant live music is while dining. We have been anticipating the opening of this restaurant since March of 2025 and it was well worth the wait. We will definitely be back

  Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time! Everyone at Mastro’s were so wonderful and welcoming! Especially Mikey and Daniel were awesome! They made our Honeymoon dinner so special 🤍 Make sure to try their steaks and cocktails! I loved their Dirty Martini as well as Cosmopolitan 👍🏻 The atmosphere was lovely and romantic. And the live music was cherry on top! We already plan on coming back in the future!

  Manager and service was absolutely horrid. Reservation was for 9:30PM. We got seated at 10:20PM. Received first drink at 11:00PM and didn't get our main course until after 12:15AM. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE if the manager or staff would have apologized or acknowledged how long it was taking. Instead, the manager accused me of lying about the wait times, insisting he had ticket timestamps to prove otherwise. I explained those reflected when the orders were entered, not the 30+ minute delays before they reached our table. He continued to accuse me of lying. After spending nearly $2,000, all we expected was a simple apology or acknowledgment of the poor service which one can get at a McDonalds for heaven sakes. I've never come across anything like this in my life. There are plenty of other places to go and eat in the area.
