  We decided to have dinner here for our guys trip. One of the guys it was his birthday and I had specifically requested a dessert as a surprise on the reservation. When our waitress came to our table she asked if we were celebrating anything. I told her my friends birthday. I figured oh ok she probably saw the notes.. nope she did not. No dessert was brought for him. That's somewhat excusable. Easy mistake to make. But she also forgot about my drink... no they were not that busy. Thursday dinner at 630pm. Plenty of open tables. She didn't give out steak knives. Very innnatentive and continued to be rude throughout the nite for no apparent reason. Some of the worst service I've had in a while. The food... apps were delicious. 2 of the guys had ordered lava cakes for themselves and that might have been the best thing we tried that nite. Drinks were on point. However, the new york steak missed the mark. Quality not quite there. Very grisseled and hard to eat. The halibut and risotto was missed the mark completely. Worst halibut ive had. Risotto was bland and I think I had the same sauce at a hot dog stand we went to earlier that day. Long story short... go for the apps and drinks and splurge on the desserts. Try and get a table away from the corners as you become easy to forget about.

  Lovely views! Our server David was excellent, he was very aware of what was gluten free and what wasn’t! Food was delicious! Great date night location.

  Absolutely excellent food. We had our best meal in CA here. The salmon with crab meat was superb. The service was prompt and attentive. It snowed while we were there, which was awesome to see from the large windows. I wish I could go back.

  I ordered a pomegranate mo joto. And she gave me a martini instead. I was with friends and we were trying to get her attention but she never came back

  I love the Chart House it's one of my favorite restaurants only bad thing this time around is that the prime rib was super dry was not pleased with the prime rib and that's the main dish I got other than that everything else is usually pretty good it's always worth going on Happy Hour
