  As a delivery driver, time is money. The more orders you do the better pay, especially with gas prices being so high. With that being said, I believe that this was the worst experience I've been through delivering. 12:40pm was suppose to be my pickup time and when I arrived, it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence. Once acknowledged, I was told that the order was still being prepared so I waited (12:45pm). I watched over 15 orders be completed and two lobby orders, that were placed after I arrived, handed out (1:00pm). A lady finally came and told me that the order I was waiting for was next (1:05pm). I watched four more orders leave out the drive thru, before I decided to go through the drive thru myself (1:10pm). Once the three cars in front of me were done, I pulled up and politely aske for my pickup order and was told that they dont hand out delivery orders through the drive thru. I said that I'll wait because you don't hand them out in the lobby either. She started screaming for me to leave and that she was calling the cops because I was trespassing (1:20pm). So I left, however, my understanding is that if you're conducting business, it's not trespassing. Some might think, "Well why didn't you just leave the order?" Well, you get penalized for it. Anyways, at 1:15pm the order was still not completed. Thats 35 minutes waiting for an order that I didn't get and got penalties by GRUBHUB for un-assigning it.

  I'm a delivery driver and I was at this location today. I waited forever, then wound up having to cancel the order. It seems that they intentionally wait to prepare orders for delivery, not as they come in. I watched the drive thru line turn over multiple times and my order still not ready, making me incredibly late, wasting my time, and giving a poor customer experience to the person who ordered . Delivery drivers shouldn't be treated different than if they were the actual customer since we are representing the customer who's already paid for their meal. It was just a terrible experience. If they're not equipped to handle in person customers and delivery orders in a timely manner maybe they should quit taking deliveries. Feels like they've bitten off more than they can chew.

  My crunch wrap supreme was missing it’s crunch. The flat tostada was missing. My taco was also missing its crunch. It had the shell, it was just stale. Like the vibe of the girl at the drive thru. She must have just been there because someone says she must. Oh and thought they forgot the nacho cheese too. That last bite took me by surprise. Both eyebrows to the back. Other than that the place was great.

  If you’re curious why your mobile order never arrives on time it’s because they ignore delivery orders and won’t answer the window that they demand drivers go to instead of the drive thru.

  Stank type guys cardboard replicas,mad cause they coughed on the mic and I ask "who was coughing "n" while he steady wiping his nose. Plus they got the order wrong and she said leave my drive thru close the window like she own the franchise. Yall staff nasty.
