Typical fast food experience. There was a slight wait for fresh Cinnabon-delights. They were cold in the middle... other than that was alright.

Only leaving this review to hopefully get attention. Been coming for years and never had issues, but the past 2 orders taste extremely burnt to the point I had to throw it out twice, first was crunchwrap now the cantina pizza. Maybe the machine is broken or who knows, but plz fix the issue

Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and specifically requested it be extra grilled. Somehow it came out looking under-grilled, with the cheese not even melted. The sauce-to-chicken-and-cheese ratio was completely ridiculous—it was basically a tortilla full of sauce with barely any chicken or cheese. It was so gross I couldn’t even finish it. To make matters worse, there were random pieces of lettuce inside my quesadilla, which shouldn’t have been there at all. The quality control was clearly nonexistent. The customer service was just as disappointing. When I asked for my quesadilla to be extra grilled in the drive-thru, the employee taking my order, Brayden, laughed, and I could hear other employees talking about it in the background. There’s nothing funny about a customer making a simple request. Taco Bell is usually my favorite late-night snack, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The food was disgusting, and the customer service was unprofessional. Whoever was working the food line could definitely use some additional training.
