  honestly never leave reviews, and we’ve usually had really good experiences at this Sonic, so I was pretty shocked by this. My parents got burgers for takeout tonight, and while eating one of them, they found a plastic bread clip actually inside the burger. Thankfully they noticed it before anything happened. I’m not posting this to bash the restaurant because, like I said, we’ve normally had good experiences here, but this felt wild enough that I wanted to make it known. Hopefully management could do something and make sure it doesn't happen to anybody else. 🙃

  We waited an hour for food ordered on the app. The app said it was ready so we waited 20 minutes after to hit the red button and ask where the food was. The order was wrong so we drove through the drive through since we already left the pick up area. We had to wait another 30 minutes for that. When we got home and started eating we realized the meat was raw and still very pink in the middle. Never going here again.

  Tried to take my kids for shakes today with a mobile order. After 30 minutes of waiting, they brought out our 4 mini shakes completely soupy and melted. I asked if they could be remade, and 10 more minutes later they came back with equally soupy shakes and weren't even the right flavor we had ordered. At that point we just accepted them and went on our way because it wasn't worth continuing to fight over and knowing there wasn't a way to get a refund without contacting customer service. So much for that.

  We were missing items and my burger was missing cheese and pickles our drinks were wrong will not ever go back

  Around 6 on Friday July 24 I came in and tried ordering at the stalls , as I’m ordering there was 3 workers trying to take my order through the speaker stall and they kept messing around saying weird comments through the speaker to another as im trying to order . Very unprofessional.
