  This was horrible apparently nv sparks does not stock and only goes base off California so the stuff they have on inventory in not accurate drove out of my way about 30 minutes at 11:00pm just to get told they don’t have something that it shows online that this store has So I would definitely not recommend shopping here they do not keep current inventory Just based off what apparently gets brought in and that is per an employee at counter 4 on 7/1/2026 this is ridiculous a manager should be keeping track of stock like any other and not putting false advertisement terrible I wouldn’t recommend rude and disrespectful

  Store was clean and shelves were full and the employees were nice and helpful . Lizbeth helped us to our car today and chatted w my 94 yr old dad and even helped us get our phone set up for digital coupons. She was pleasant and helpful .

  Im a late night shopper and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful the night employees are I spent 20 minutes searching for something and an associate I think his name is Jake who was stocking shelves noticed and dropped what he was doing to assist me, he also rang me up at the register the dude had such an upbeat attitude it felt like catching up with a buddy you haven’t seen in years. He also had me and the young lady behind me laughing like crazy when he was bantering with another associate. employees like this is how you retain customers!!! Good job Jake

  It was off putting that we couldn’t use e-gift cards issued through AARP for the store. The supervisor, Jay, was called over and said we couldn’t use them. The store does not honor e gift cards, only physical cards I asked why and he said it was company policy. We’ll go elsewhere in the future when the family visits the Reno area. Jay needs coaching on customer service.

  So I needed a bag of "fresh" diced garlic. Well they had one, on the shelf, but it expired on May 8th (today is June 3)...I went and handed it to an employee and she basically snatched it out of my hands, said thank you, threw it in the cart...no concern in the world and was just rude about it...I needed one of those but they dont keep up on their date checking and dont restock them either apperently (it was the only one on the shelf). This place is also expensive compared to anywhere else. I've had bad luck with their produce recently and this is usually where I go for good produce.
