- SSSusan Sattui4 days ago1.0Disappointed, after weekly orders for pick up and delivery they had a delivery driver who didn't even try to find my home, disconnected the calls , ignored messages including a map. Safeway then called it an unsuccessful delivery and is keeping my money. I talked ro customer service 2 times they assured me I'd get a refund. Safeway is stealing my money and tipping an unethical delivery person. Will not be doing buisness with them anymore. Shame !

He was waiting on a players card and when Donna brought it to him she handed it to him she says very loudly, “your password is your birthday year , 1976”, which I remarked oh it’s 1976 that kind of defeats the purpose of having a password. And She replied what are you gonna do steal his card?”. I let it go at that point then he didn’t get his $20 free play for signing up. And he mentioned it to her that he didn’t get his $20 FreePlay and she replied back very rudely. “You don’t get $20 free play for signing up” and I jumped in and said yes you do get $20 free play for signing up. she put her hands up and came over and began arguing with me about it. And she continued to be rude to me and my friend. He never did get his FreePlay, and she was so rude to him as well as her attitude towards him that he just got up and left his card in the machine and walked out. And then she said to me Is he coming back because he left his card here, I said no I don’t think he will be coming back and she said very rudely again. She continued to wanna argue with me very rudely. Then I went to cash out and she shorted me five dollars. Her customer service is nonexistent and her math skill leave something to be desired. Not to mention she’s calling her friends in to play certain machines she says have been hitting. I always like to come in and play a few bucks before I go shopping but she has really put a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon, especially if she’s still there.
