  Avoid this Vista Blvd location. My boyfriend had an absolutely unacceptable experience here. While standing in line, the employee completely ignored him and allowed multiple people behind him to skip ahead. When they finally took his order, the employee tried to serve him a completely ripped and torn tortilla. To make matters worse, the employee was so careless that they dropped his burrito directly onto the floor. Out of pure frustration with the awful service, my boyfriend told them to just throw it in the bag as it was and paid. On top of the terrible service, the portion size for the bowl he ordered was less than half of what other Qdoba locations give you. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. We will never be returning to this location.

  Food is fresh for the most part. Lots of construction nearby. Difficult to get in but we figured it out. Just wish it was not $25 for a bowl and chips...

  So, I gave it a try last night, 9/17. I went in around 6:00 PM, and there were six people in line ahead of me. There were two people working the counter. After about 10 minutes of standing there, five people simply walked out. I watched another employee come out from the back, look around, and then go back behind the wall. I finally snapped and, in a loud voice, asked if anyone cared that five customers had just walked out. Suddenly, three employees came from the back. The woman who took my order didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the long wait. What was even more surprising was that nobody was sitting down eating. The food itself was average—nothing particularly exciting or memorable. You Gen-Zers are going to ruin that business if this is how the place is being run. The lack of urgency and customer service was pretty disappointing.

  I have always loved Qdoba so it’s not a corporate issue. But at this location, the workers aren’t very polite and my bowl was a little less than even half filled. Lastly, I found 2 hairs in my food that I’m almost sure weren’t mine. Yes i’ll keep coming back because I love Qdoba but service needs to improve.

  Several times in a row now I have placed online orders and waited for the projected pickup time to arrive and find an empty restaurant other than a full staff sitting around. Nobody has even begun making the food. The first time I came to this location, I waited 45 minutes after the projected time for them to make my food. They made food for no less than six customers who came in after I'd announced myself. They still got the order wrong when they finally made it.
