  I have no idea why the rating is so low at this location. Just had one of the best lunches of my life here. Little on the expensive side but 100% worth for soup, salad, and sandwich quality

  Chicken sandwich with negligible chicken. You need a magnifying glass to see the bits of chicken, if you can find any. Salad not even chopped up. Not worth the prices. Whoever is running this needs to get on board with other panera quality because you’re giving it a bad name.

  Food: 5, Service: 4+. Received a gift certificate from a dear friend. Was hesitant to give it a try for the reviews (Not Great) however, always want to support local merchants. The young cashier was pleasant (however not knowledgeable with options - not his fault - that is new hire management onboarding issue) and was eventually corrected. (We gave a generous tip - he was trying) Ordered a hot sandwich, Philly Cheesesteak, warm, crunching exterior bun, soft inside, great flavor combo. Strawberry salads crisp, colorful, great variety. Bacon Mac N'Cheese (again don't judge our "healthy" items ;-) warm, creamy but no bacon. Called back to the store, and GM Anthony made it right and gave us a store credit. So the "Service: 4+" is for not getting the order correct the first time, and 2 of the free sides where an apple and a "baguette" (actually a 3" slice) both just tossed in the "To Go Paper Bag". I'm not a germaphobe (sp?), however the Asiago bagel we also ordered (delicious, crunchy/soft the next day) was placed in it's own little bag, before being placed in the "To Go Paper Bag". Overall, we'll go back - kudos to GM Anthony for saving the experience. BRAVO!

  This Panera is such an asset to this community! The play place is well-kept and perfect for small toddlers.

  This was the first time I've had Panera in quite some time, and I can honestly say that after today, I will never stop here again. I ordered the you pick 2 deal and the sandwich was about 1/4 of the size of an actual sandwich. It might be big enough to feed a bird or a small child, not a grown man. Everything in our order was munchkin size. The sandwich. The "bowl" of soup. The 2 bakery items were much smaller than expected. For the $30 we spent, definitely not worth it. Next time we will stop at Roberto's right next door and actually get a full sized meal for the same price.
