My fiancé and I have ordered takeout twice now and this is the cup of soup we got from the sparks outback. Barely a half a cup of soup, when our other cup of soup was filled to the brim in the cup. Also never got a side and got a salad instead twice in a row of ordering from them. The price we pay for takeout and our food not be correct and to barely get a cup of soup when it’s a side for our meal is ridiculous. I’m pregnant as well and we enjoy our food. This made us upset. Do better sparks outback.

Had an amazing experience at outback. Our server Felicia, was Uber amazing. She embodies the perfect server. She was attentive and very positive. It's hard to find great service at most places but we definitely had an outstanding experience w her. The onion bloom was phenomenal and our steak was cooked to perfection. My daughter's burger was so good that she finished it all. Will definitely be returning and asking for Felicia again.

I used to look forward to going out to eat at Outback but after the last 2 visits I'll never return. The service and staff are excellent so they are not the reason for my decision. The reasons are the higher prices and horrible quality of their steaks now (serving the new 3D printed meat, which should be required to mention in the menu) is not worth my health, money, or consumerism. Save your money, buy a quality steak from a local butcher instead!! These corporate executives only care about profits and when the customers stop returning, they only have themselves to blame. Having quality food keeps the customers coming back which results in long term profits as opposed to big profits now and no return customers.

I was disappointed with the meal sizing not in comparison to what is shown in the picture, almost feels as if the picture tactics for misleading is what I came across. I did share this with management and they were surprised with the comment/ observation although we're very respectful and we were able to have a fruitful conversation. We agreed that as a customer I am paying for an expected service by what is shared on the picture since there is no weight provided. The pictures shows what appears like small medallions vs what I received was small pieces cooked on a kabob stick.
The manage was reactive in providing a customer satisfaction although I feel the balance for what the concern was vs the make up was not apple for apple. Because of the self motivation I did not speak about this, seeing they took self action is a good start.
We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon during the holiday weekend.
Starting with the positives: the food was excellent. We ordered the Hamburger and the Steakhouse Burger, and both were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. For two meals, the total came to about $40 including tip, which we felt was reasonable. Food earns a solid 5 stars from us.
The service was also outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, and our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful when taking our order. Service was another 5-star experience.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere did not match the quality of the food and service. We were seated near the restrooms and noticed a strong cleaning or deodorizing scent throughout our meal. When an employee cleaned a nearby table, the same odor became even more noticeable. While cleanliness is important, the smell reminded us more of a portable restroom or heavily sanitized facility than a steakhouse dining experience.
There were also some cleanliness and presentation issues. The front entrance doors were covered with greasy fingerprints, and there were empty beer bottles and cocktail cups left in the landscaping and on the front railing from previous customers. While those items may not have been the restaurant’s fault, they were part of the first impression we encountered when arriving.
Overall, the food and service were excellent, but the atmosphere and overall presentation fell short of our expectations. Based on this visit, we’d rate the food and service 5 stars, but the atmosphere closer to 2 stars. We may choose another steakhouse next time, as we’ve had more consistently positive experiences elsewhere. Of course, this was just our experience, and yours may be different.
