  Service SUCKS HERE. they'll have you waiting for ever. I spend my entire lunch break sitting and the drive-thru. Management needs to do better at this location whoever is managing this place obviously doesn't care

  I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times and each time I have not been happy a single time. The shortest amount of time I’ve been in the drive through was 15 minutes. Each time I’ve been there and waited there was no one else there. One of the times I was sitting at the window for 20 minutes with no one even coming by to check on me. I’ve had to sit at the window for a minimum of 5 minutes just being told to wait because they were working on another order when no one else was there.

  the worker(young blonde girl) left the lobby went into some guys car in the back seat for 15 minutes around 8😭😭 then clocked back in while there’s a big ass line in the drive thru which they don’t answer for 10 minutes, lock in sukkas

  Sooo... does like any kind of management exist at this location? That's an honest question that I would love to get answered. Cause so far by the service, it doesn't exist. The person taking orders at the drive thru (Monce) completely skipped me, even though it was my turn, and this was after trying to get a response after waiting over 15 minutes. You hire shit people you'll get shit reviews.

  If I could give it zero stars, I would. I hate this McDonald’s. You walk in and it’s uninviting because no one ever acknowledges you. I got told that I hadn’t paid for my food when I ordered online when I very much did and I was showing them that I did. So instead of trying to be accommodating, they sat here and argued with me after showing multiple receipts. Ended up asking them to cancel my order because at that point what is the point??? I didn’t go to get breakfast to argue with an adult. I’ve had so many problems at this McDonald’s and the only reason I put up with it was because of the convenience of it being by my house, but not anymore. I’d rather get food anywhere else but here.
