  Here's the deal. I know the owners are the same as the one on pyramid cause I've gotten coupons from both stores. I had a Condo on Tyler by Green Bay Park and absolutely loved the McDonald's on pyramid I'm talking probably the best McDonald's in town hands-down and the sweet old lady who always takes my cash. She deserves a raise that is at the pyramid location. The reason I'm throwing out the pyramid location is because this other site is just hands down half as good as there and it's brand new and nicer. It's crazy every time I get a hash brown from there. It's cold greasy and it's not just greasy. It's like they haven't changed the oil nasty taste of greasy. I'm not sure what's going on. They didn't have Coca-Cola this morning when I went there I don't know what to say about that big staff was nice. The people are nice but nice people don't make good food if you're in the area go down a few blocks and go to pyramid owners will make the same amount of money. Maybe they can find us some crew staff it better.

  They closed the inside of the establishment at 8:50pm Friday night. Drive thru was at least 10 cars deep. They take forever to take your order at the drive thru. Worst McDonald’s ever.

  My order took close to 15 minutes to get. I had to go to the window to see what the problem was. It had not even been started. I got the order. The hash browns and muffin were cold. The eggs were burnt and cold!! Pancakes cold! This was the most disgusting meal I've ever had!! See the picture! Yes that yellow brown crap are the eggs!!

  Well I waited in line at the order window for 20 minutes the car next to me left. I pulled up and they took the order of the car that had been behind me and ignored me now at the window. There was literally 3 cars total when I got there. They are way understaffed and the management should fix it. Honestly not even sure it's the staff working's fault 100%....disappointing for sure. Also super crazy after waiting all together almost 40 min that the 2 cars behind me was served before me. Literally WORST McDonald's in Reno.

  Worst McDonald's ever. 3 times I've been here and waited over 10min and no one is taking orders in the drive thru. Get to the windows and they are just BSing around not working.
