  Don’t go to this mc Donald’s. Worse service the food was cold. I got someone else order. So just don’t go might as well go to jack n box for good service

  Worst McDonalds in town. They give out the wrong food all the time. If you go late enough, sometimes they won't even acknowledge someone in the drive thru. Thats ok though, Jack in the Box is down the street. They have better food anyway.

  I’m always the first person to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes there’s just bad days where things are super backed up, the place is understaffed, or any other number of things that can affect service. However, in all my time going to restaurants and even other mcdonald’s, I’ve never seen a place have such consistently horrible service. The worst offense came from a trip on my lunch break where i went in the dining area. All I got was a 10 piece nugget meal with the new blue sprite drink. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for it, taking up my entire lunch break in the process. Worst of all, I would’ve waited even longer had another customer not pointed me out waiting for my food for so long. I was far from the only customer this was happening to inside the store but it didn’t help that there were rarely even employees near the front to even flag down. And when an employee did finally address me, I basically had to just retell them my entire order just to get what I ordered already. My order was either ignored or forgotten entirely. The final nail in the coffin for me was the drink. Like I said I had gotten one of the new mixer drinks. When I told them what I got, they told me they couldn’t do that for me. I thought they were just out of stock since it’s a new item and would’ve been fine just leaving it at that. However, the reason they gave me was that they “didn’t know how to make it”. I just asked for a regular sprite so I could finally just leave since I was out of time, but still paid extra for the special drink. This McDonalds was clearly made to be a drive thru location as they are not able to handle up keeping a dining area full of customers, although based on other reviews i’ve seen they don’t seem to be the best at that either. A one time mishap is one thing, but these are issues I and many others consistently have any time I go here to dine in. Whether these problems stem from abysmal management or employees that just don’t care, it’s absolutely unacceptable to run a restaurant like this. The employees that did finally help me were nice enough and apologized, but it won’t get me the time I wasted on my lunch break back. TLDR; Wait times are very long, service is poor, and you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

  Every time I door dash from here I am missing more than half of what I ordered like today this is the second time they forgot all of my kids happy meals. My husband has found Mold on his burger before and even going through drive through they still forget half our food and when we brought it to their attention we just got eye rolls. Terrible mc Donald’s
