  6 staff working, no customers in the drive through, I stood in the front for 5 minutes before leaving. I came in wanting to buy a dozen, looks like I’ll go down the street and take my money elsewhere.

  I placed an order through Uber Eats this morning and was notified that the items I originally ordered were unavailable. My original order was for a Build Your Own Dozen, but the only replacement option offered was the Assorted Dozen, where the donuts are chosen for you. When my order arrived, the donuts were very cold and tasted stale, as if they had been refrigerated for a day or two. For a $50 order, I expected fresh donuts, especially considering I did not choose the assortment myself and was required to accept the only available option. Additionally, the frozen coffee drink I ordered had completely melted by the time it arrived. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the order. It felt like I was given pre-made donuts that had been sitting in the fridge rather than freshly prepared ones. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience
