- SSSynthia ScottAug 23, 20261.0I came and ordered two bowls, asked and paid for an extra cilantro sauce for a total of two. When I got my order I only received salsa no sauce, when i asked for it they asked me to check the bag and hold up the salsa bag so they could see, and then gave me one, as well as a taco we ordered they forget. I called their attention again because they had given me one sauce when I asked to two, and said that none of my bowls came with sauce, I got the one I paid for. So I said ‘okay let me pay for another one’ then a separate worker came over and asked for my bag to be taken in the store again, where it was taken out of view and a single extra sauce was placed in the bag. When I got home the chicken inside was very over cooked and dry. It was very disappointing customer service matched with a very disappointing meal. I love El Pollo Loco, but I will not be going back to this location ever again. :(
