  The restaurant was messy and the staff were very rude. The kid who was taking the orders was snippy and one of the older ladies pushed me out of the way so she could refill her drink. Honestly really sad.

  I visit the restaurant on Prater & McCarran in Sparks, NV. The people are always smiling, welcoming & warm. For such a busy location they have got their service down to a science. My order is always correct, my food is always hot & always consistently delicious.

  Anybody ordering the double chicken from the menu is getting ripped off. I ordered the double chicken tostada. While I was patiently waiting for my food, I watched the employee prepare my order. The first scoop of chicken was a normal, full scoop. But when she added the second scoop, she shook off about half of the chicken before putting it into the bowl. So instead of getting two full scoops of chicken, you're basically getting one and a half scoops. How is that considered “double chicken”? If you're charging customers extra for double chicken, customers should actually receive two full portions of chicken, not a partially reduced second scoop. I would definitely recommend paying attention to how your food is being portioned, because what you're paying for and what you're actually receiving may not be the same.

  Food always great, took a few tries to communicate order, BUT the noise the employee was making cutting, chopping or whatever he was doing on grill made it hard to hear. Other locations not as bad as this one.
