    I frequent this Dutch since it’s so close to my church and this morning I placed my mobile order for the wrong location. Zoe was so helpful and placed my order which i got not even 5 minutes later. Thank you guys for the amazing service!!!

    Absolutely no sense of urgency . Have tried and tried to give them chance have tried all three methods of ordering and still end up waiting 15 minutes for drinks no matter if it’s walk , order ahead or being in drive thru. Never been to a stand with such lack of urgency and customer service no updates as to why drinks are taking so long. The person at the walk up window is holding straws in their hand while they’re taking orders not helping with the bar not helping get drinks out nothing then I need to see them walk away and just talk to other people on the bar and dance and then I have to ask the person making drinks. Where’s my drink? It’s been 12 minutes for her to say what’s your name I had to tell her the window person never asked for my name once she found my drink order she said oh we’re working on that I got my drink at 15minutes . The south location greatttt never have issues the runner communicative or running drinks out . This is the worst location in town save yourself a headache. I use to work at Dutch bros in Sacramento and the difference is insane smh . The fact that I would’ve got quicker Service at Starbucks and I don’t even care about the quality when the service isn’t even good yet either
