    I love coming here when i need something refreshing and its more cheaper then most places and the red bulls are my favorite and sometimes i make my own! They are always nice and good service. I like going when its not that packed

    normally my go to, but today something was off. lines stretched longer than normal .... drinks were not as thick. Food was par. and ingredients were missing from our drinks but there were to many people to even cause a complaint in person which would have caused the line to be longer.

    I love Dutch Bros, but the Greenbrae location is horrible! I ordered a half an hour early and they still didn’t have my order ready at my pick up time. My “coffee” tasted like milk and that’s it. No coffee nothing. This has happened more than a couple times also. I won’t be going back to the location anytime soon.

    If you love sugary drinks, this is definitely your place. I’ve been here twice. My first visit was fine, but on my second visit they got my order wrong, which was disappointing. The drinks are extremely sweet, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll probably enjoy them. Personally, they’re much sweeter than I prefer. Unfortunately, because of the incorrect order and the overly sweet drinks, I don’t see myself coming back.

    Wife is pregnant and tired. We just wanted something quick before home. Drinks were half water basically by the time we got them. Waited at least 15+ minutes while the guy with the pierced ears wanted to have a 10 minute conversation with his coworker in the drive thru. 3 cars in line counting us and when they got done talking it was 10+ cars in line. Our order was just sitting there with others while he just talked. Talk to your coworkers on company time and stop wasting others time and gas. If handing drinks out the window is too much for you then find something else. Not fun sitting there wasting gas while you guys are laughing instead of doing your job. After all that she only got 2 drinks! And no I won’t email your customer service. Y’all can simply fix the issue that was stated above
