  This place is in a bad area of town so take that into consideration. The last time I went the people who worked there looked dirty like they shouldn't even be handling food. I got a chili dog that was not edible at all. It was a total waste of my money but I knew nobody would help me there because I barely got them to take my order and when they delivered it it was only halfway there. They left out half of my order to begin with anyway unapologetically. Nobody seemed to be in charge there over these young dirty people working there and touching our food.

  Gross. Don't go to this location. It's old and outdated. And by the slop I was served tonight, its clear the employees dont give a crap about how theyre handling your food, which means the franchise owner doesnt either. Go to the one down south or in Carson. This one is gross. Shut it down.

  Order was simple, but the experience was frustrating. We asked multiple times for four 4-piece BBQ chicken strip meals, all the same order, plus a separate plain 4-piece chicken strip meal. When we got to the window, they said they had five chicken strip baskets ready. We corrected them again and explained that four were supposed to be BBQ and only one was plain. The employees then argued with each other about how to enter it into the system and acted like fixing their mistake was an inconvenience. We were asked to park, which would’ve been fine if the order came out correctly—but when they brought the food, it was five plain chicken strip meal baskets. The night crew definitely needs better training in communication, accuracy, and customer service.

  I visited this Dairy Queen on April 18 around 6 PM through the drive-through, and it was a completely miserable experience. We ordered 2 mini Blizzards—I guess it was too many for them to handle because they completely failed to get the order right. To make matters worse, the staff working the drive-through window was incredibly rude to us. When we questioned the order at the window, she just stared at us like we had spoke a different language. Because the order was so messed up, I had to park and go back into the store to have them remade. When I brought the food back inside, everyone working there seemed entirely annoyed to just be doing their jobs. They literally rolled their eyes at me (not the lady who took the blizzards from me, but the workers behind her ) when I politely asked them to fix their mistake. When I finally got the remade Blizzards, I was still completely disappointed. I had paid extra for additional toppings, but there were barely any toppings in them at all. For $15, the quality and service should have been vastly better. I will never go to this specific Dairy Queen again and would advise anyone reading this to avoid it at all costs. Save your money and find another Dairy Queen to visit instead of this one.
