  Was brought the wrong food and it was cold or not cooked completely. Server passed us 3 times without acknowledgment. Had to take my food to the kitchen and find a manager. Only paid for my drinks and then we came home. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a place. I used to like to go.

  Wrong order again, food cold. The server was rude and reluctant to fix it. The manager offered a remake but it was too late as everyone had already finished eating by the time she came out. They also messed up the bill adjustment for unacceptable items by removing cheaper items and charging more expensive ones. While waiting for change, another employee argued with me and used profanity. They eventually told me not to come back. This location struggles with order accuracy, slow service, cold food, and very poor customer service. I will not be returning.

  Bartender doesn't seem to excited seeing customers walk in. Well maybe just me, but I didn't get the proper greeting as a customer should. Did have to wait about 14 minutes to get service. I ended up ordering a drink that I thought was IPalA I sincerely apologize and ask for something else if it wasn't too much. The bartender then gave me a small glass which I find it funny but why complain. I never come here, so now I know why.

  I’ve been to several locations over the years, it’s pretty much the same every time although I haven’t been to one in awhile. Wings seemed alright but he appetizers weren’t good at all. Seemed overcooked for the cheese curds, the pickles were soggy, and the queso wasn’t much either.

  Ordered the boneless wings especial, they shouldn't be called boneless wings, because are not wings, they are other part of the chicken, that's my own problem thinking about this. Wings were ok, the regular bone in wings look much better. Service was good, maybe a little overwhelmed but, I walked out of there satisfied, fair prices.
