She not only stated I couldn’t have a refund due to a manager not being present, but she also said she could not remake it. From someone that has worked customer service in the past, those two statements are not only unacceptable, but ridiculous. I was left with an oh well, call in the am to complain. What the hell!? Where are the standards?
