  terrible service, went inside to order my food and got it 30 minutes later. employees ignored me when i asked to pay for cash

  Was on a long drive for errands and insisted on Taco Bell as a rare treat for myself, with a bigger truck I couldn’t fit in the drive thru (not uncommon) and knocked on the store pick up window to see if I could place an order. With much attitude and laziness to spare a few team members maybe on break or off shift came to the window to tell me I had to go through the drive thru or place a Mobil order on the app. I explained if it wasn’t too much trouble I could place my order on the giant self service ipads and would run back outside and wait. Nope. Not allowed. I have to get the app and order. Giving in to my hunger knowing how badly I just want a bite to eat, I order. Order in process! Success only to find out ten minutes later when I went to the window a second time curious after five cars passing through the drive thru, that that would start my order now! Crunchwrap fell apart I’ve loved Taco Bell for way too long and I can say with certainty this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Taco Bell. Just for the lady to end it all by asking me to move my truck if I decide to eat in “their” parking lot. Like no thanks. 30 minutes was longer enough I practically lost my appetite from being so tired and upset.

  Just got bean burritos….but totally vile. They were barely even warm. Tasted like something had gone off. Barf. Not edible. Floor and counters were covered in mess.

  Food tasted fine just bad experience had to ordered on a kiosk and they still messed my food up I am unable to eat 2 of my tacos now cuz I put no tomato and they are covered in them

  I’ve gone here countless of times. The girl in the window with the black and red eyebrows CAN never get the order right. All I ask for is simply NO SOUR CREAM. We brought it back once and they made a big deal out of it and remade the food after begging. Then today I went again and got globs of sour cream where there shouldn’t be any. The people making the food READ THE RECEIPT ORDERS. It’s an allergy and a sincere distaste that ruin the whole meal for some people. I’m never going there again and I live right by it too. YES the receipt says no sour cream. READ! I never leave bad reviews ever ☺️ spending $40-50 on food with ingredients you don’t like is considered a waste.
