- BMBrigit McNeilMar 17, 20261.0When I was in the drive-through, waiting at the window, the window was open, and I could hear them complaining very loudly about the customer behind me, and it was really unpleasant to listen to. I asked for my receipt politely as I normally do. It took them several minutes to figure out how to get how to get it printed, which was fine and I didn’t mind. But they were annoyed about it and when they handed it to me, they just shoved it at me and closed the window immediately without a word. Very rude and not great service. Maybe it was just a bad moment, but a manager should talk to the team about it about how to provide better service.
