  Shouldn't take 45 minutes for 4 drinks and a side of mozzarella sticks. Still waiting. Three cars in the drive thru. This is why the door dashers dont want to accept orders.

  This place sucks. Every time I go I get turned away, even when there’s plenty of time before they close. This seems like a management issue, not staffing enough people and not giving them breaks. Fix your horrible management.

  Im new here, Ive ordered from this location maybe 5 times and 4 of those times you guys forgot the bacon on all of my burgers. I like your burgers but your far from my apartment and I almost always find out I am missing bacon once I am 5 miles away.

  I don't know in what world does this store location, store #6739, think its acceptable that a wait time for a small mozzarella sticks and a pretzel is 30 minutes! And the best part, my food was cold, no dipping sauces and still had to pay for cold food. Im absolute fuming. There were three people in the store. What the actual hell is going on at this store?

  I do not blame the workers for why this location is short staffed to hell, but the owner needs to figure out what's going on and hire more people because this is ridiculous. My party and two others were reportedly having to wait for over 40 minutes just to be able to pay for our food. Doesn't help matters that there's another building that has yet to be renovated/reopened that is connected to the main one. We are currently in a labor shortage in this country and state and the priorities of this particular chain is very blatant as they seemingly refuse to hire the adequate staff they need to handle dinner rushes like that. And I normally don't complain about these things; again I'm not blaming the workers but the owners and higher ups of this location, this place is not ran appropriately enough.
