She was one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and inconsiderate individuals I have ever encountered. It is difficult for me to understand why someone who represents your Reno stores would conduct herself in this manner. Our family recently experienced a sudden and devastating loss. Our loved one was a dedicated Safeway employee for 13 years. During an already heartbreaking time, we were met with a complete lack of compassion and professionalism from Liz. She sighed at us, rolled her eyes, and treated our family with what felt like total indifference regarding our loss. What was even more concerning was witnessing her openly yell at employees in front of customers and other staff members. That type of behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable in any workplace, especially from someone in a leadership position. I did file a complaint with corporate and was told I would receive a response within a few days. To date, I have not heard back from anyone, which has only added to my disappointment. I believe your company should take these concerns seriously. Employees and customers alike deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Based on our experience, Liz did not demonstrate any of those qualities. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
