You need to learn customer service skills, how to speak to people and how to not project your crap day on to others. You do not point like someone is a dog with an attitude when they politely ask you where they are supposed to wait to place an order after you didnt even care to greet them in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable.

They stop and grab & delivery orders whilst your groceries are no longer "Temperature Controlled". AND don't try to call the Online Ordering dept for any errors in your order bc they just place you on hold over & over & over and there's no direct line. Call the main number and go through all the prompts to get "transferred" to people who could care less is not worth your hard earned $$

- ASAlene SutherlandAug 14, 20263.0First time to use grocery pick up. I pull into a parking space designated for pick up. Directions on the sign are to use the Safeway ap or call this number. Ap wanted me to buy more groceries; the phone number is disconnected. I went inside for help. A gentleman at the customer service desk led me to the grocery pick up department. The groceries were mostly ready in a few minutes. As groceries were loaded into my car, I noticed groceries were placed in the car, one item at a time. No bags. So I drove to Raleys to finish my shopping. The pick up department is apparently not ready for prime time.
