  Ordered food here 8/20/2026 on the app. One meat lovers stuffed crust and bread sticks. Was greeted by a flustered staff member who said he was on the phone with his manager because the system was down. I showed another nice staff member my order on the app and was given the wrong pizza. I then asked for my breadstick’s which then had to be made. Second staff member was very polite. I felt bad that the young guy was put in a bad position however since this is the third time we’ve gotten the wrong order in a year, my family and I won’t be back.

  Terrible experience. The manager and staff messed up orders and didn’t seem to give an effort to remake in timely manner. Also witnessed the manager making rude and comments that a staff member should not be making towards customers in the couple of times I have been here. Go anywhere else.

  The worst ever. I ordered a pizza and it was suppose to be delivered at 11:45am for an office meeting I had to call twice. I had to go get it myself the pizza was not hot and no telling how long it sat as they open at 11am and picked it up at 12:20. No communication even though I set it up to be tracked my staff had to take their pizza to go. Never again. Will I choose to trust Pizza Hut for quality and delivery. I've never given a 1 star but when you earn it that is what you get!!!!!

  There was only one guy working there. He did not look clean and was not wearing gloves. That is a big disappointment to me. I require whoever is making my food to wear gloves and on top of that he got something on his hands and he wiped it on his pants. Yuck 🤮. And
