  Beware this place is sneaky. I ordered two of the Parmesan pizzas and the person made only one. It was sloppy. I was charged the price of two Parmesan pizzas and I did not get what I ordered. I order from here often, but I think this is my last time. You can only give a place so many chances.

  Both Pan Pizzas i ordered were undercooked. I honestly don't know why you have a special instruction option. Unless when the employees see well done please, the employees undercook on purpose.

  Look I don't know what was going on with this pizza hut 3-6 years ago, but right now , in mid 2026, it's excellent. Ordered online, was told 25 mins, showed up after 20 mins, was immediately greeted and told "just a few more minutes". A few more minutes later it came out hot and delicious. Most of the these complaints are pretty old and seem like some wack customer service issues but it really seems like they cleaned up their act. Will order many more times. Great pie great price nice people.

  Good price. Pizzas are a bit bland. AT THIS LOCATION, THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  My husband ordered a pizza with stuffed crust and extra sauce and tipped ahead of time. When we got it home, we found there was no stuffed crust or extra sauce. He put in a complaint and we never saw any kind of coupon or refund for the amount that was overpaid. I will never pre-tip again. Check their work if you're doing carry out.
