  I called about an order to see if I could get a smaller portion size of cinnastix. He said they had no diliverly drivers. So he says if I order a cookie he’ll throw in the cinnastix in place for 4 of them. He did refund the cookie but I ended up ordering through Uber Eats. The owner did this so I get the order with cheese sticks and when I called to ask about it he just didn’t care he was extremely rude in the way he talked me on the phone. He kind of yelled me and snapped and said ok bye. I will never eat there again. I can make my own pizza way better. We all need to show these rude owners that we don’t need them and our foods better. We can do a better job. I will never eat there again just because the way he talked to me and didn’t even offer a small credit or try to make it right. Business these days. I don’t see how they stay in business. It’s not even worth buying anything or giving anyone your money anymore. Reno has become such a bad place since he veryone decided to come move out here

  Loved it ❤️, friendly service and Good deals! Perfect 👌 And the pizza was delicious, waaaaay better than lil ceasar or dominoes and other pizzas! Ana loved it too especially when she saw them hand tossing the dough.

  We just moved in across the street from the restaurant and let me tell you, is it a treat to have something like this so close. I have been to different pizza factory locations and after new ownership this tops all. I highly recommend you come by to support the new owners as they are striving to produce fresh ingredients and quality food. Thank you to the owners and team for making a memorable and tasty moment for my family and I.

  Great veteran owned franchise location, great fresh salad bar and pizzas were on spot, I did love the Uber cool digital beer dispenser and service!
