  EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service. Was called 50 minutes after order was placed and told they do not have the ingredients to make the order. Manager would not give me his name and was extremely rude and I was told to never call back again, and then hung up. I strongly recommend not using this location if the manager was polite on the phone, we would be return customers. EXTREMELY unhappy, Giacomo.

  I used to order and eat pizza from here all the time, when a few years ago, EVERYTHING went down hill! During covid I ordered delivery from here so much that I thought I was going to get fat! Then one day, my oder never arrived. I only used their delivery system and not any other. Come to find out, it was delivered to another home. It was so late that they couldn't get me my food but gave me a refund. Then a week later I ordered again with instructions to knock on my door after dropping it off. An hour went by after their delivery time so I went outside and turned the light on, low and behold, my pizza was sitting on my patio table. It had been sitting there or OVER an hour! It was so cold and the cheese was hard. I called the restaurant and they gave me a credit for my next purchase. Some time later i was craving a calzone and called in the order for pick up. I was excited because a coworker said its really good, but when I got it home and took a bite, all I tasted was the bread. I cut it open and it wasn't even HALF filled! And then saw the sauce was dripping out the bottom like water! I dont know why I kept giving this place so many opportunities but I did 1 more time. I ordered a pizza for pickup at 6pm and put the call in at 430pm. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my pie yet! I waited for 45 minutes while they finished others. I do like their pizza but the service is comple garbage now, so there are no more chances for them.

  Yikes 😳. Most of the Pizza buffet and salad bar looked like they had been sitting there a while. Dining room pretty sloppy. Thin cheap paper plates. While there the staff allowed a food vendor to come in and out half a dozen times while on his phone earpiece shouting at some one to “leave them alone and call the police.” He continued to carry in boxes and totally involve the whole restaurant in his obvious personal situation involuntarily by shouting at this person on the phone as he proceeded in and out of the restaurant.

  They just throw your pizza at your doorstep and don't even knock? What the heck?
