  Worse than gas station sushi. Terrible quality and extremely expensive for the canned cat food they are passing off as sushi 🤮

  Amazing service by Grace! Came for the AYCE Sushi, was delicious! Appetizers, sushi, and drinks are came out in a timely manner and Grace provided excellent, professional and kind, service. Thank you!

  Im visiting from the Coast of California and I really didn't think that there could be good Sushi in Reno. OMg the Rolls were fire , sashimi was so fresh , tempura vegtables were amazing and you must try the clam chowder. 5 STARS. YOU GUYS ROCK.

  The minute i walk up to the counter, immediately, i was greeted with a warm welcome. As the host took me to the table, my eyes were drawn to the open windows and layout of the restaurant. I love the atmosphere. I can look down to the city while enjoying my sushi. I would say this has to be the second best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. I sat at the bar, so I got to watch how the chef made all my sushi. The fish was sooooo fresh and doesn’t have a fishy smell/taste at all. I ordered nigiri and it has the perfect amount of rice at the bottom. I absolutely love the fresh juicy oysters!!! The service was genuine. My waitress always check up on me, ensuring I’m satisfied and got what I needed. This place is 💯 recommended and I’ll be back again!

  I had a great experience at the Oyster & Sushi Bar on the Sky Terrace — definitely a solid 4-star spot in Reno. The ambiance is one of the highlights. Being up on the Sky Terrace gives it a more elevated, slightly upscale vibe, and it’s a nice place to unwind, especially in the evening. The setting feels a bit more special than your typical sushi spot. I focused mostly on nigiri rather than rolls, and the quality was a bit mixed. Some of the fish were fresh and really well done, while others didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. It wasn’t bad overall, but there’s definitely some inconsistency. The miso soup, however, was surprisingly good — warm, comforting, and flavorful. For dessert, they offer mochi and ice cream, which is a nice, simple way to end the meal. Service was great throughout the experience — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the inconsistency in fish quality. Still, it’s a nice spot with a great atmosphere, and I’d come back again.
