  My first time trying a seafood boil and i definitely should have gone somewhere else but there was little to no flavor in the sauce.. the crab was the only okay thing in the boil. It still had a fishy taste, the boiled egg ( that i paid extra for ) was inedible, as well as the corn and sausages. The crawfish were disgusting, and the shrimp were meh. We paid over 120 dollars for food that we didn’t even like.

  So last night we went to dinner. Everything was good. Service was perfect. Then I believe one of the owners came and yelled at one of those servers bus girls not sure who it was in front of us, which was very unprofessional. It was our first time coming into this location and after seeing that, this is why I am giving them a one star review.

  Food was not that great. Crayfish is frozen and the crab had that fishy after taste even with the sauce. This place also charges for a side of hot sauce and lemon

  Grabbed something to go as the atmosphere is a bit too echoey and music is very loud to the point of giving me a headache. But I've been here before, so I know the food is good and service is top notch. I just don't want to sit and stay.

  When we got there the place was empty. The waitress acted like she was annoyed that we had come in although there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE there. I asked her if they had just opened for the day or if they were about to close. She just said no and showed us to our table. There were 4 adults and 2 small toddlers. We kinda brushed off her attitude because we were looking forward to the boil. We ordered 2 75.00 combos and had to order the corn, potatoes, sausage extra for 10.00 each. Every single place I have been to includes these - that’s what makes it a BOIL. Also ordered a child’s tender meal, which she charged for an adult entree. Didn’t tell us about the difference or that she did so til I got the bill the next day. We were also not told about the free beer or Margarita by the waitress. I only ordered it because I saw the offer on the screens. She gave us a couple menus, NEVER MENTIONED a gratuity. Didn’t give us or tell us about the all you can eat. I asked her if she could tell us about the menu and the most popular. Again she seemed annoyed. When our bill was paid, she completely disappeared. We looked for her to ask for a to go box, She was no where to be found. I looked over the counter in the kitchen, didn’t even see the cooks anymore. We waited about 10 mins , finally a guy walked in from outside and gave us the box.. super weird. In retrospect I feel like she knew what she had done and that’s why she disappeared. Total our bill should have been a little over 220 ish. When we got back to the room our bill was 312.00 . I went back the next day to ask why it was so much. My husband didn’t take the receipt so I asked for a reprint. She told me she couldn’t and then She said she would but only showed me a copy of the debit card transaction. When I told her something wasn’t right and I needed to see the itemized bill , she stalled- she answered the phone, walked to a Back room , went to the kitchen and then finally came back to the front. I asked her again for the itemize bill, first she said she couldn’t reprint, but when I insisted she miraculously figured it out. When I looked at the bill I saw that she added an 18%gratuity plus also was ok taking an additional 40.00. Giving herself a 90.00 tip.??? If she would have been great that wouldn’t have been an issue. But she wasn’t. .When I asked her why that happened all she said was we should have read it on the menu that an automatic gratuity would be charged. She said that she would have to pay it back if I disputed it with the owner??? I told her I would be happy for her to keep the automatic gratuity that she didn’t mention- but NOT the additional. She said for me to leave my number and she would have some one call me. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL BACK . BEWARE OF YOU GO HERE. Check your BILL!! The comical thing is I’ll probably get a generic message about how they’ll review my review and send it to their team for review 😂😂 I will be disputing this with my bank if no one calls me back to discuss this. I left my number. I’ve looked on their website and IG and do not see anywhere that an 18% gratuity will be charged.
