  I really wish I could find a way to put zero stars maybe even negative stars. I just ordered a mocha for curbside delivery after 15 calls to the restaurant which they answered and it showed me that it was on its way or they have it or it's coming out right now, etc. I ended up having to walk in to the order desk knowing that I am severely handicapped and it really is painful for me to walk with the ulcers on my legs. This is why I ordered curbside delivery so I could stay in my vehicle and get something.

  The date S May 13 the time is 2:30 PM. I just pulled up to the drive-through. The guy at the drive-through asked me to give him a second. I said OK never came back the other drive-through lane pulled four cars through ahead of me and just left me waiting there never came back to ask for my order. It’s ridiculous. I had to back out of the drive-through in reverse and leave of how frustrated I was with this service. I will never be coming back to this McDonald’s again the first time it happens either.

  Customer service is really bad I don’t know how can you hire untrained associates and even a franchise manager also a un professional and even not speak a English I m spend 59.95 bucks for my food they provide me everything cold all the Big Macs are cold and I two wraps they are also cold and franchise manager name is Anna she s not even solve a problem and she s walk away

  DO NOT COME HERE. All the workers here are extremely disrespectful, they are ignorant and not helpful at all. They wanna argue and have an attitude over cold fries and rubbery chicken nuggets. At the same time there were two other people wanting a refund. If that doesn’t tell you about this establishment

  Horrible customer service can never seem to get a order right, theres been multiple times where its made incorrectly we get asked to park out front an have been forgotten about while the food was just sitting on the counter, an today came here they got the order wrong of course but didnt feel like waiting so just asked for ketchup to be on my way an get handed one packet of ketchup, when I asked for more I got a eye roll an again a single packet of ketchup
