  Very rude employees and the manager is the worst. I went to the counter for missing items from my order and the manager rolled her eyes and walked away. I was not being rude or aggressive I just wanted my missing fries. I Will never return to this location.

  I would give a 0 star review if I could. It took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. When I asked the girl about my order 15 minutes in she said there were orders before me which was BS. I could hear the guy on the line asking over & over for my egg McMuffin with no cheese and the cook kept yelling at him in Spanish. I didn’t even get an apology. Terrible service.

  every worker just looks at you like you don’t need anything i was door dashing trying to get the order and the bathroom code never once was asked if i needed anything or was waiting on anything say here for about 45 mins trying to pick up a doordash ive noticed every mcdonald’s does there maybe they have a customer service policy that says to ignore anyone that is at the front counter

  Every time I visit this location, there are consistent issues with both service and food quality. The staff is often unprofessional, orders are not taken correctly, and there is little attention paid to customer requests. Wait times are excessively long, and when the food finally arrives, it is frequently cold—even when specifically requesting it to be made fresh. In addition, the staff’s attitude has been repeatedly rude and dismissive, which makes the overall experience frustrating and unacceptable. This has happened on multiple visits, not just once. At this point, it’s clear there are serious management and operational problems at this location. I will be escalating this issue to corporate, as this level of service does not meet basic expectations and needs to be addressed.
