  I mean the food itself isn’t bad but every morning I come up here there’s an older guy who reminds me the bad elf who lives with Sirius black in Harry Potter he always grumbles at me, mumbles and never speaks clearly but he acts as if I’m going to leave trash on their tables like others I’ve seen do here which I’ve never done I’m not that rude, but still I always get this attitude from this man. I’m sure everyone knows him he’s about the only one here who acts this way. The food isn’t bad one of the better McDonald’s and I’ll come back for sure but this man’s attitude needs to change or he needs to at least speak up if he has a problem with someone. Management hope you see this…

  I was pleasantly surprised to receive wonderful service by the young lady at the counter and I did benefit from your breakfast deal helped make the visit affordable. This area just like Reno as a whole has done a great job of remodeling and changing things up.

  I thought a quarter pounder was twice as big as a McDonald's hamburger. At least that's what it used to be. I could have saved my money and got the same amount of beef by ordering just a plain hamburger. I know shrinkflation is in effect but never thought McDonald's would be hit.

  I arrived at McDonald’s at 4:13 on a Sunday I was told I had to wait for 30 minutes because they were switching to breakfast I said and I quote “I’ll be here” 30 minutes later I try again to be told 20 more minutes are required before I can order I simply said okay “I’ll be here” then I go back and there are technical difficulties it will be another 10-15 minutes I simply say “I’ll be here” I get told this 3-4 more times and i have been in the McDonald’s parking lot for nearly two hours just to be told they will only be accepting mobile orders I don’t have service so I asked if I could just have a free McGriddle since I waited 2 hours to buy one and now can’t they said no I asked for a free drink they SAID NO so finally i ask for a free water they said FINE so I get my water and leave but i will not touch that water not until my throat is dry from a free mcgridle McDonald’s you have served me an injustice and this means war you will soon know my name my occupation AND MY RAGE fix your mistake or this will not end quietly.

  No me gustó la manera como lo atienden a uno que es cliente porque uno va a comprar no a pedir ahorita hace 5 minutos hice una orden de tres cajitas feliz y pague para que me le hecharan lechuga y cuando los niños dicen a comer sale que no trae lechuga eso para mí es robo y todavía me cobran la lechuga jamás en mi vida vuelvo a ese lugar los trabajadores ni a tienden bien de mala gana a tienden como vuelvo y repito uno va con dinero no a pedir ni a mendigar 😡hay les dejo la foto talvez la miran y cambian un poco el servicio que dan
