I would give them zero stars if possible… never takes both drive through order sides… half the mornings they won’t take drive through because they are understaffed… drive through will ignore you and take four other cars in the lane next to you before taking your order

I think there’s a disgruntled young lady working the drive thru/kitchen. Today I pulled into one of the drive thru lanes and I could tell I was being intentionally ignored. Then, I was served the driest, most bottom of the grease basket serving of fries (this wasn’t a mistake) and my sprite berry blast tasted like it had soap in the foam. These may seem like non issues but it’s the kind of thing that lazy, jealous workers do to entertain their miserable lives.

Last night I went there to pick up an order for someone I asked two girls for help they acted like they were doing something and then just started taking more orders. The manager was walking by and I asked her. She got bothered that I asked her but went and checked with the girl and I let them know they're laughing and playing around which is fine in downtime but I'm standing here waiting while they're playing games. She prints up the order fills it and then talks to the employee about letting me hang. I was happy about that even though she was not pleasant to begin with she at least handled business.
Today I came back to get someone an order. The same girl that said she'll look for the order from the night before was working she glanced at me and avoided me. After about 7 minutes a manager was walking by older Hispanic woman with her hair tied back medium build I had asked her if she could look up and order for me. I told her the customer's name she glanced at the screen from the across the way and said it's not in there, then started to walk away. I asked her to wait and said this happened last night The manager had to print it out because the other employees didn't process it she says it's not there what you want me to do I said you didn't look into the system like the manager did last night she literally waves her hand at me and walks off playing with some sauces putting them into a bag since that was very important to her. I said look I have the order right here It was on my phone she wouldn't even look she says it's not here. Was completely extremely rude for no reason I came in with a good attitude but by the time I left I let her know I'm complaining which I am now on here through the service and through corporate. You don't treat people like that, if you can't figure it out work with the person for a minute to try to find a resolution Don't just walk off swatting your hand at them. I get that this is McDonald's and they don't make a lot of money, but I don't either and I don't treat anyone poorly out of the blue. I will be avoiding this place like the plague.
