  I come here about once a year. A three hour drive and it is absolutely well worth it. Usually it is my best friend and I,but this time I brought my daughter amd her friend. They enjoyed themselves. One ordered a rueben, the other ordered the pasta with blackened salmon. She shared that it was ok and did not finish her meal. They both liked the rueben. As for me, I decided to get half a rueben and a bowl of matzo ball soup. Delicious, as always, my favorite hands down. Chassen was my server when I was here 2 years ago with my friend and it was a pleasure to have him as my server again. He actually remembered when my friend and I came last time. That was really sweet. 10 out of 10,will be back in a yesr or so and I pray I get the same server!!!

  I used to give this restaurant 5 stars. Management at the Atlantis changed all that. I have received poor service at Atlantis for over a year. The poker room supervisor Christina has been consistently rude. I would have talked to her boss Shannon except Shannon is also very rude. I talked to Shannon’s boss Mirco and he didn’t care. I talked to the general manager Cheraz Ecker and she seemed to not only care but would take care of this bad service. Then she lost her job. It is apparent Mirco has an inappropriate relationship with Shannon which explains his inaction when I expressed my concerns about poor service. Mirco has shown a lack of ethics by lying to me about what time I ordered a meal. Mirco has been rude and disrespectful every time I have spoken to him. Atlantis used to be a well run casino. While playing poker at the Atlantis poker room I have been harassed by a player over many months to include violation of NRS 200.481 Battery and NRS 200.571 Harassment. I told Christina and she said she would keep this criminal away from me. Instead she encouraged him. Christina and Atlantis both have civil liability for these actions. It is time for accountability. I have clearly been treated differently than other customers. I assume this discrimination is based on my disability. As a 100% disabled combat veteran I resent this treatment. Horrible service supported by corruption and driven by discrimination. I have spent over $20,000 at this business while being treated this way. I would like my money back.

  Best Pastrami Sandwich I ever had in Reno! This deli is amazing ! I know there's a bite missing but it smelled so good I just couldn't resist... My friend got the burger too and she loved it ! Everything is amazing here ! If you're staying at Atlantis or visiting, I highly recommend it!

  Its an okay place. Its supposed to be a deli type place but bothe the sandwiches me and my son got were probably subway quality or less. Bread was not fresh and was crumbly which was annoying for a big sandwich. Meat was bland and not flavorful. Dressing was non existent on the sandwich. My son who likes practically no spread even said it was too little for him, so ask for extra sauce. The portion sizes were large though. Service was okay. It wasn't busy and the sever was always standing 90 degrees to the table looking off into the distance for some odd reason. Came by to ask for a drink refil in the first 30 seconds and the last 30 seconds of the meal which was annoying for such dry and bland food. Where this place really shines is the chese cake. Do yourself a favor and buy a small meal or share a regular one and get yourselves the cheesecake. It makes it worth it.
