  I normally love coming here. I’ve been coming once or twice a week for the past few months and always order the same smoothie bowl. It’s usually consistent, the staff are friendly, and service is efficient. Today, though, my bowl was only about half full compared to what I normally receive. I genuinely wasn’t trying to complain — the bowls are around $10, so I just wanted to ask about it. I politely mentioned to the employee that it normally comes much fuller. She was actually very sweet and explained they may be using different bananas. While she was explaining, the manager came over and immediately acted like I was making a huge issue out of it when I was simply asking a question. She told me that apparently an employee in the past had been giving too much smoothie and said, “I’m sorry you’ve been getting too much smoothie,” which honestly came across as pretty dismissive. She then looked in the blender, saw there was only a tiny bit left, and asked if I wanted it. At that point, the interaction already felt uncomfortable because of the attitude.

  I paid ten bucks for a drink that was like an inch and a half empty at the top. They didn't take a coupon when they could have. Sometimes the tables need to be wiped. I wish they also had less sugar in their drinks

  Store was dirty your in a college town and downtown Reno staff your store Drinks handed out to wrong customers long waits customers not getting what they ordered and having to waiting even longer to have it re made

  Sophia and her co-worker gave such a warm welcome and experience. My family and I left the Kietzke Jamba Juice due to poor customer service. We were immediately greeted and helped with drink options. Sophia was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming to this Jamba every time.

  I had a great and yummy experience! Such a nice location with awesome employees and customer service. I got my beverages very quickly as well. I tried the matcha for the first time - super tasty! They also told me that even if older drink names aren't on the menu, they'll still make them too. This 1-star Dena character sounds rude and quick to judge - places can close early for any reason they want to, and it doesn't warrant a 1 star review just because you had a bad day. Employees are humans too.
