I came to this location over the weekend with some friends as we were celebrating a birthday. I usually frequent the flowing tide location that is in south reno and their food and drinks were always excellent, their white Russians are fantastic. I cant say the same about this location as it was a very disappointing experience fornour group. 1st off everyone in our group who ordered some type of cocktail, did not like their drink. Drinks were made incorrectly. My 1st drink I sent back and asked for something else instead and waited about 20 mins to receive it and my second drink was just as gross, so gross that i didnt order another drink the rest of the time we stayed. My friends who also ordered cocktails switched to beer afterwards. When the food came out, they forgot one of my friends meals. We waited about 10 mins and no one came to check on us so we could advise that there was a meal missing and the guys in our group were already half way done eating their food. I got up and told our server her food was missing and they did forget it in the kitchen and took it off the bill. Most of the people liked their food, but the bbq sliders left more to be desired. It was just so sweet between the bbq sauce and the coleslaw. The coleslaw should have had a little tang to it to offset the sweetness. Also our balls kept getting stuck in the pool table but they said they didnt have a key, and they didnt offer to reimburse for more quarters to try to get the stuck balls out, so every time we started a new game a different ball or two got stuck. Our server was nice and that was about the only good thing about our experience. I definitely wouldnt come back to this location though.

The hot honey chicken sandwich was quite tasty, but the bun was toasted too long, possibly because the world cup was on at the time.
