I need the food IN HAND so I can take a picture for the door dash app. She needs to learn how to do her job before making her job and my job harder! EDIT: I edited my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I called and asked the manager how it works and she said the employee should have the order ready for me before they ask me to click send and she would talk to her. 5 star management. Thanks so much!!!

When we walked up to the counter, the cashier did not greet us, smile, or provide any basic customer service. There was little communication, and it felt like we had to initiate and guide the entire interaction ourselves. The bigger issue came when we presented an 8-piece meal deal coupon during Super Bowl weekend. Despite clearly showing the promotion and QR code, the cashier incorrectly entered a 10-piece meal instead. Naturally, the coupon did not apply, and instead of recognizing the mistake, we were told the coupon “wasn’t working.” The problem was not the coupon—it was operator error. Even after we pointed out that the wrong meal had been entered, the situation was still mishandled and required manager intervention. This experience highlighted serious issues with employee training, order accuracy, and customer service standards. Staff should be properly prepared to handle promotions, communicate effectively, and provide a smooth ordering experience. Overall, this visit was disappointing, unnecessarily stressful, and left us with little confidence in returning.
