  Great service, friendly staff, new location super efficient In-N-Out. I always enjoy my blended annihilator. Very tasty.

  I never like leaving a bad review but I felt like today was a situation where I should. I am a die hard Dutch fan. Like legit go every day and am always at the sticker days and whatnot. Today was the lanyard and pin mystery bags. I ordered ahead knowing that there was the no guarantee of getting one. When I got there it was about 9am to pickup my drinks. I was told there were no more mystery bags and was told to wait for my drinks. Fast forward 45 minutes of waiting for my drinks I watched about 10 people get the mystery bags after being told they were out. After asking about that I was told that they can give them to whoever they want and was given stickers instead. While I am grateful for being able to A. Get drinks whenever and B. For getting stickers, I don’t see how that is fair to me when I was there prior to the other people getting them as was blatantly lied to.

  Great coffee. People taking orders could be nicer. Atmosphere sucks. Should have thought about traffic when they built the place. Driving through Roberto's parking lot because they don't have enough room for customers is unacceptable. I will drive off before doing that.

  Needs to move to a better location for how much traffic it gets. The drive through is messy and on a busy road so they make you go around the street again and sometimes others get infront of you which makes your wait longer.

  I went to this dutch bros last sunday and was very disappointed. First I try to order in the drive through but if there is too many people in line (like 6 cars) the security there will make you go in circles around the block until you can fit in the lane. I feel like if this was a concern about blocking traffic (since there is a busy road there) you would think they would build a bigger parking lot right? wrong! there is only 8 parking spots and 4 are reserved for online orders. cool ANYWAYS! i choose to park and order at the window. As always, the person taking my order was nice but it seemed like he didn’t have his entire attention on me saying my order.I wanted a SMALL white chocolate lavender COLD BREW with light ice and soft top. I pay (even tip). When I get my drink it’s a medium and then I read the label on the top of the cup and it has “WLL”. Meaning it’s a white chocolate lavender latte. so didn’t get my size or drink right. I will not be returning to this dutch bros.
