I'll just say right off, this place is really fun for all sorts of games, and I spent hours here with a friend for my birthday, and there is a lot of different and fun arcade games. Definitely something for everyone, in that regard. On the other hand, the food and service were pretty bad. Our waiter seemed new, and was maybe not familiar with the various deals (Eat and Play combo), but that isn't a big deal; he just wasn't very attentive, and we were left waiting to pay our bill for quite awhile. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and we got the spinach dip and my friend got hot wings. The appetizer and wings showed up to the table together, but my burger took another 10 minutes to show up. I actually would have preferred the appetizer to show up first, followed by the entrees, which was sort of the case for me. It was just that my friend got her entree at the same time as the appetizer... My burger was a big disappointment: at first glance, it had a lot of bacon on it, but the bacon was all flabby and sort of a pinkish gray color... almost looked like it had been steamed? But not crisp or browned at all... The sandwich was also very soggy and impossible to pick up because of a bacon mayo on the bottom bun. The very first bite was so overly salty that I immediately regretted my order. There was no balance to the burger at all, just a salty bomb that fell apart even more after every bite. Definitely this needs reworking at the corporate level to have maybe less bacon and more lettuce and tomato and creaminess to cut that salt. Probably the worst burger I've had in years. My friend said her wings were "fine." The spinach/cheese dip was pretty good. This place is also incredibly loud, to an almost absurd degree. I had to shout to my friend to be heard. Eventually you just get used to the noise and shouting, but my throat was definitely sore the next day. While the game prices are fairly average, I don't appreciate the opaque pricing; I get that it is how the company makes money, by locking you into "better value" packages for game credits, but there is no way to know how many credits you'll want or need... I spent maybe $55 on 300+ credits, and that definitely seemed like enough; we were probably there for 4 hours, playing games for 3, so that's not bad at all, in my opinion. My friend bought her own credits for $45, so average it out to $50 per person for 3 hours. All of the games were in working condition, which was nice. There are plenty of "ticket" games, and ones where you don't win anything, so you can kind of play however you want. I ended up with 1124 tickets at the end, which got me a few crappy prizes, but that really wasn't my goal, so I consider that to be just a fun bonus at the end. Regarding the general atmosphere of the place, it was a Saturday night, and there were quite a few rowdy teenagers throwing balls at each other (potentially hitting me); there is also a lot of armed security guards standing around, but I guess they couldn't be bothered to stop the kids from throwing balls all around the arcade for 5 minutes? Leave it to a few unsupervised jerks to ruin a fun experience for everyone, but I would have liked security to step in instead of just leaning against the wall and looking at the food menu. Also, we did end up sitting at an open bar table, which were all empty, because the restaurant section was full with a 30 minute wait, so if you're going on a Saturday night, a reservation is probably a good idea. Final Verdict: this is a fun place to go and play games for a few hours, provided you don't mind the painful noise level and rowdy teenagers, but avoid the food at all costs, as it was the worst burger I've ever had. Eat somewhere else (there are probably 20 nearby restaurants) and then pop by here for some games.
