3pm on Saturday, stopped for a small bite to eat. Seated fine, waitress came by, got water. That was the last we saw of her. 15 minutes later another waitress came by and took our order. 24 minutes later our burger and fries came. The burger was just ok. Not a toasted bun as requested. Literally a $18 just ok burger. Fries were lukewarm warm. I asked a table cleaner for fresher and hotter fries. Those unbelievably came faster. We not go back.

Omg!!!! Yes!!!! My new best friends ❤️ I ordered the Tri tip sandwich with a house side salad and am totally hooked. The bread was toasted and crunchy, the beef piled high, and the cheese was gooey perfection. The house salad was amazing…. So fresh and the extra veggies were amazing. The boy cheese was tasty. All in all a take out win! Well done cook’d

Never have I had such a horrible experience. I can dismiss that our waitress completely forgot one of the drinks or brought the wrong wine or didn’t get any plates with our appetizers. Where it really started becoming an issue was about 15-20 mins after we placed our order we were informed that one of the dishes was not available. Another dish was ordered a minute later and not even 5 minutes later everyone else’s meal comes out. One of the meals was a chicken breast that was pink. We asked that it be cooked longer and our waitress comes back with her camera flashlight insisting it’s cooked and that it’s just the lighting making it look pink, even though we had another meal with chicken breast that was cooked and white when placed in the same spot. Again we tell her it’s pink and don’t feel comfortable eating it and at this point just want something else. The cook himself then comes out with the plate AGAIN to argue with us that it’s cooked and a little pink was okay. At this point one of us left the table because we couldn’t believe the audacity of the pushback. Everyone that had cooked meals had finished their meals and we were still waiting for the replacement meals, yet a manager never came by to ask or check-in due to our issues. That would be because there was no GM on site for the night. The only manager was the Bar Manager. Once we asked for and informed the Bar Manager she was extremely apologetic about everything including the waitress and cook response. They of course didn’t tell her there was any issue. Well after everyone was done and still waiting for the replacement meals we had to flag our waitress down to just ask her to box the replacement meals and her response was “sure whenever they’re ready” with major attitude like the delay was our fault. The waitress then tried to give us a full priced bill for everything and couldn’t understand why we asked for the Bar Manager to look at the bill. NEVER AGAIN

If you have kids, you know it’s hard to find restaurants where you and the kids can both have a good time. The outdoor/indoor atmosphere is great, there are enough TVs to play all popular sports events, a quieter side of the restaurant if that’s what you’re looking for, and a menu so diverse that there is something for everyone. If I lived in Reno, we would be frequent Cook’d patrons.

Drinks were okay, but pricey (what isn't these days.) My wife got pasta and I got a burger, while the pasta was a reasonable portion and good taste my disappointment is with the 'Hangover burger' which on the ingredient listing says it comes with tater tots. When I brought this to my waiters attention I was dismissed very quickly that I was confusing the side order (fries/tots/salad) option and I had chose a salad. I then brought it up the the manager who was much more responsive but again said I was confused. As we were leaving the manager was seen with a menu in hand talking to the kitchen. It is pretty disappointing that neither the manager or the sever felt the need to clear it up before our dining experience was over. I really wanted to like this place as it is close to my house but probably not going back anytime soon.
