- KEKatie Enloe2 days ago2.0Waited 30 behind 6 other people. Only one girl working the actual line. Also the crowd line got so big there is 10+ people waiting behind me. Not one employee stopped to help us after staring at the line getting longer and longer. So sad for the one girl working.
- BVBridget VarneySep 23, 20261.0I was craving chipotle so I drove over on my lunch . The line was out the door and they had one person out of 5 doing the line and being the cashier. An employee even told the manager the line was getting long and she looked up and got no one to help. One was filling chip bags and another was talking to the one filling chip bags, the manager who and the other employee, were doing dishes . I waited in line for a little over 10 minutes and there was only one order completed in that time. I ended up leaving cause I’m on a lunch break, and would’ve been late back to work if I waited. I understand side work, I’ve worked in the food business.. but when there is a line out the door and in person who is clearly overwhelmed, and employees looking at the line, commenting on the line and still no help is given to get people served. I wasn’t the only one who left the line.

The small kids queso is an item add on for kids and it’s not the same price at the regular queso side. I have purchased this for my son 1000s of times. I don’t appreciate being told I’m wrong and it doesn’t exist. It’s right on her screen.

Not to mention the 10 minutes I sat waiting for the car before me to get their food as well. What’s even the point in ordering food for pickup if it’s going to get cold sitting on the counter?
