  Absolutely ridiculous we’ll never go here again, Horrible customer service, all because The little girl didn’t hear me say I wanted a burrito and started making me a bowl and got mad because she had to change it! Got an attitude and started slamming stuff. Take a look at the camera footage and you’ll see your so-called employees actions are just as I described. Get a new job if you don’t want to do it.

  I read the reviews and chose to ignore it .. that won’t happen ever again .. since when does chipotle do half scoops of everything ? A spoon full of rice and beans a pinch of lettuce the only thing that was normal was the spoon of sour cream but there’s so little other ingredients it looks like they dumped a tub of sour cream on my food .. can’t taste anything but cheese and sour cream .. not even the salsa .. horrible experience.! I can literally count the beans in my bowl that’s crazy.. 16 black beans total .. Chipotle has been falling off big time .. You act like your CEO didn’t just release that statement about portions or like the food is coming directly out of the employees mouth or something. First time I’ve seen Chipotle be greedy.

  Wow! This was a great experience! This was our first time coming to Chipotle and it won’t be our last. This chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the chicken had so much flavor. The staff even gave us a free large serving of sour cream when asked. The wait was short, too! Thank you, Chipotle!

  Honestly, this is one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. The restaurant is consistently dirty, which immediately sets a bad tone walking in. The overall morale among the staff seems extremely low—no one smiles, there’s no greeting, and there’s barely any communication between employees. It feels very uncomfortable, like everyone is just going through the motions. I can’t tell if it’s due to being understaffed or poor management, but either way, it clearly affects the customer experience. The employees come across as completely burnt out and unhappy, which unfortunately carries over into the food. The quality has been disappointing, and at times the food doesn’t even seem fully cooked. This location really needs attention and improvement, both in cleanliness and in creating a better work environment for the staff.
