Came here and sat down at 8:30 pm.
Very disappointing experience.
We ordered a seafood tower, 10 minutes into it, the waitress came and said there is none, bread crust was thick and hard, ceasar salad had a wasabi taste to it, ordered our meals and once again, after 15 minutes, the waitress came back to tell us they didn’t have baked potato. We order soufflés and the waitress tell us that they are busy with parties so they are not doing them.
All in all, a very lack luster experience.
1st- if they don’t have half of the food we ordered, they should just say it’s an extremely limited menu. We would have left.
2nd- if you don’t have items, it shouldn’t be told to us in stages and after sometime passes.
On top of all this, I could see more guests coming in and none of the information is passed on to them either.

UPDATE: I did reach out to Atlantis per their instructions and heard nothing back. For that, I’ll be updating my review down to 1 star. I think most of these responses are just for the dog and pony show. They don’t actually do anything.
This is for Tedros and Tedros only. Our experience at the steakhouse was great from our server Alan and Julia to the food. However, we did have an incident where my 3 year old was playing with one of the iPads and it broke (low impact from a plate, didn’t crack the screen the picture was clearly distorted) the manager Tedros was nearby and noticed and took the iPad as my wife sincerely apologized which my wife was met with a very distasteful attitude and said “it’s too late, it’s already broken”. Tedros then proceeded to the host stand to let them know and pointed at all of us across the restaurant which then the hostess herself came and did a lap around our table. I wasn’t ok with the way he spoke to my wife and then making a scene of the situation. I came to Tedros myself by the front to pull him aside to first and foremost apologize for the iPad but then share the experience, how he was rude to my wife and made our table uncomfortable. Although he apologized it didn’t feel genuine as he told me the iPad was $1,000 (which I called him out on as we own a business that utilizes iPads as well, $130 refurbished at Best Buy all day) he then proceeded to tell me that I am responsible for my children as if I was blaming someone else or not taking accountability for them. My children are well behaved restaurant kids, it’s unfortunate that my 3 year old put a plate down on it. Regarding being rude to my wife, instead of apologizing he only defended himself over and over and kept telling me he was not rude and that he smiled at her. Yo man, no matter how much you smile, you can still be the rudest individual in the room. At the end of the day what was supposed to be a treat dinner with family definitely had the vibe killed by this guy. I wish he had just owned it and apologized, rather I was met with combativeness and the same attitude that my wife received. This is all aside from the excellent service we received from Alan and Julia and the food was great. Not to mention we were a table of 7 with over a $1,000 tab. My wife and I love Atlantis, this was unfortunate.
Should've ordered a ribeye instead.

This was the best steak house in Reno. Atlantis management has taken this restaurant off my list.
Christina is a supervisor in the poker room that yells at customers and employees. Christina refuses to enforce posted rules of the room. Christina refuses to enforce gaming regulations. All of this is well known and supported by the owner of Atlantis. This reflects on every aspect of the Atlantis operation. Avoiding these problems involves avoiding Atlantis.
