Had an amazing birthday dinner at Atlantis Steakhouse. The whole experience felt special from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was elegant and romantic, making it the perfect place to celebrate. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the night feel even more memorable. Definitely one of my favorite birthday dinners and a place I’d love to come back to again!

A 5 star evening from beginning to end with outstandingly prepared food and a bounty of great options from hand-crafted cocktails to dessert. I highly recommend this gem and a special thank you to Stephen and Aailiyah.
Went to the Atlantis steakhouse for the first time after going to the Peppermill for over 17 years. The atmosphere is very open and, to be honest, quite loud. The Caesar salad was very bland and lacked dressing. The steak was 1 pinch away from being so salty its practically inedible. The garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic flavor and tasted mainly like cream. It was a relative’s birthday, which also fell on Mother’s Day, and they did nothing for her birthday and had no acknowledgment toward it.
Then they mixed up the to-go boxes, which I didn’t find out until I got home later. I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar because I prefer to eat warm bread with it. They brought out what looked almost like cappuccino shots full of it, where it was incredibly hard to pour, and it ran down the cups and just made a mess. The tables don’t have any sort of cloth; it’s just granite with a placemat. It doesn’t feel welcoming or cozy, and the placemats move everywhere. It’s also extremely overpriced for the quality and service you experience.
In total it was $450 for 4 people. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else almost anywhere is cheaper and better.
(much later edit here) I ordered the 12oz filet which is a 79$ meal that comes with no sides. Its literally just a piece of steak and that's it. Worst plating I have ever seen DO NOT EAT HERE.
Where do I begin. What an excellent fine dining experience. I have decided that I always want to experience this level of hospitality and service when breaking bread.
Our server was top tier, the food was incredible and the ambiance was right on course. We had the crab cake as an appetizer and then ordered another because it was so delicious. We decided it was the best we ever had. I had the carrot ginger soup as a starter. My colleagues had salad. One had a wedge salad and the other the house salad.
I had the wagu prime rib. My mouth is watering remembering how tender and perfectly medium it was cooked. My colleague ordered shrimp scampi which was prepared tableside. Then my other colleague had salmon.
For dessert we all had something different as well cheese cake, creme brulee and nitrogen prepared tableside ice cream. There was no disappointment during this dining experience. Our bill was hefty and worth every single dollar spent.

Food was very good and the server assistant, Julia, was better than the waiter, who had a slight attitude. It is such a pleasure to enjoy fine dining such as this in Reno but disappointing to be surrounded by patrons who dress with such disrespect for the high end environment. I'd really like to know why there isn't a dress code. People were wearing bedroom slippers, sweats, hoodies over their heads while eating, baseball hats, volleyball youth group in sloppy shorts and tshirts and much more. This really kills a special occasion.
Disappointing the chocolates are no longer served at the end. Table should be scraped of crumbs in between courses. Table side prepared dishes were wonderful, Ceasar salad and steak Diane.
