  Terrible experience, the order was wrong, and Mexican music was being played throughout the lunch hour. I used the restroom to wash my hands before we left and it was filthy, urine on the floor, towels not put in the proper place for usage, it was obvious it was never kept clean. We were the only ones there during lunch time which tell you something. I was really shocked that in Sparks Nevada a sandwich fast food Arby's would be playing Mexican music...lol, what a joke, that would be appropriate for Mexican food restaurant but Arby's, give me a break.

  Horrible experience! These ten little chunks of meat and some cold potatoes for $20. The tables where dirty and the restaurant outright smells foul. We will not be going again! Oh and the staff doesn't know that "wheat," is gluten.

  Nine little pieces of square pieces of steak is $13 and that’s not a bowl it doesn’t come with a drink or anything else I’m not paying it you can have it and it’s the only Arby’s in Reno Nevada the girl doesn’t even know her menu she had to read me the prices I wouldn’t have bought that if they were the last place on earth. I’ll go to the store and get a steak and cut it up myself for that price

  Made my husband throw up violently, had to grab bathroom trash can. Food was nasty. Will never buy again.

  Very difficult to order from the drive thru. Employees want to argue with the customer about what the customer can/can't buy. All I wanted was a small soda with a sandwich and medium fries, and was told I couldn't buy my order that way. Really???
