    I use to like eating Arby's. It's been over 3 years since ive ate at this location (Reno). There is something different about the liquid formed meat by-product, aka Roast beef, that is different and I dont like it! Too rubbery! Adding too much plastic to the recipe, these days??? 🤔 I think im done!!!

    Honestly it was gross spent over 50 bucks just to have my sandwiches soaking in sauce.. we didnt even eat it.

    I was unable to leave feedback online and I even tried calling in, but the call disconnected after 10 mins of no answer….this is my third attempt to get recognition where it belongs…please understand my efforts are a show of the service and kindness that was shown to me by the lovely, Moss. I’d like to call them out for making my order experience beyond my expectations. I ordered through the drive through today as I couldn’t walk in. Moss went out of their way to help me with ordering and later brought my order, and later my sauces, to my car. Honestly typing it out doesn’t do it justice, but please just know I wouldn’t have taken 20 mins out of my day if they hadn’t completely blown my socks off. Thank you, Moss.

    Pleasant experience at Arby’s! The staff was seriously so friendly and even gave my son a toy for free. It was a great experience!

    Food is great ! Hot & fresh. Downside…. RUDE RUDE customer service. I bought $42 in food one time & only had a $50 on me & was told they could not do it as they couldn’t break the bill in the middle of the day !! I explained “you’re only gonna give me $8 bucks cash back tho” because my order was $42. Nope. Wouldn’t do it. Manager was called over & she said same thing & was rude as well. I replied, you work just feet away from a bank, Wells Fargo is literally right here next to you. Sadly, I can feel the employee/poor management toxicity through the walls. No employee seems happy here ever. Such a shame. Yes, the food is very good. But sometimes now I avoid going there because of the negative atmosphere.
