  We went there for our anniversary. Had an order of mashed patato, they were barely warm, no flavor, out of the box type not even real. It was a side for 10 bucks. The prime rib was tender but no flavor whatsoever. My wife's salad looked like they grabbed a hand full of lettuce and threw it on a plate in huge chunks. Her fish was good she said. With the price and have to order everything individually it no where worth it. I will be going back to the Prime at South Point from now on...you can't beat it! The waitress was very pleasant and on top of things.

  We came for a birthday dinner and was sat next to a family that stared and talked about us the entire time. when I let the manager know that the dinner was very uncomfortable, he said that there was nothing he could do because the family came there 2 to 3 times a week so it didn’t matter if other customers felt uncomfortable because that family was there all the time I would never come to this steakhouse again poor management and poor customer service,and that’s on top of paying over $400 for a meal. management needs to do a better job at making sure all his customers enjoy their experience not just the ones who come 2 to 3 times a week.

  They changed the salmon. It's a smaller portion with a some type of a sauce on the bottom. I don't need my salmon doctored up. I prefer the way they made it before, just plain. One person at the table had lobster, baked potato and soup. We intended to share the potato. It wasn't loaded but it was still $10 for a potato. It wasn't fresh. I don't know when it was cooked but it was far from being fluffy or even warm. Another person had filet mignon and she said it was very good. The salad was good. This time it actually had something in it, besides lettuce. I got one cherry tomato.

  Ally was a fantastic waitress tonight. We were very pleased with the ribeye special and chocolate cake! Thank you for taking care of us so attentively.
