  No complaints! Everything was great! ​I love a good/great restaurant, and Stockman's is definitely one of them. The food, atmosphere, and wait times were all spot on. Our server, Anthony, was absolutely awesome! Very attentive and personable. I had the filet mignon with a bernaise sauce, and it was wonderful. For context, I usually go to Echo & Rig in Vegas for a flawless steak, and Stockman's is every bit as good. It’s great to have a place of this caliber right at home - in Pahrump.

  My mom's prime rib had a sour taste and she mentioned it to the server and she said it was because they smoke it. Well she ended up having food poisoning. So even tho we have been coming to this steak house way before it became stockmans we won't be coming back.

  Food, service and atmosphere all very good. 7 people. Nice large table, service with Steph was timed well,and all courses were excellent. Highly recommended. Great steaks, and French Onion Soup. Stuffed mushrooms also really good. Cheers 🍻

  Service is TOP NOTCH! Food was pretty good. I took a risk with the meatloaf. It was tasty but a little dry. The glaze and the sauce were wonderful. Perfectly sautéed and nice potato. There was a pool of oil in the bottom of the plate that I didn’t appreciate. Atmosphere was wonderful until large group of LOUD, DRUNK, OFFENSIVE men were seated and permitted to disrupt everyone’s meals.
