I wish all Sonics were this good. Fast service and mostly good food. The frys were old and cold. Gave them to the bird's.

this is the worst Sonic I've ever been to every single time it's at least 20 minutes even when you order through the app and good luck getting your food warm and or correct... ridiculous.. I gave three opportunities before I left this review... I am currently waiting in their line I have been here for 20 minutes ...for one Cherry slush..I have been the second car in line for 12 minutes

Favorite place to go in Pahrump but lately the hamburgers have been really salty. I usually don't add salt to my food due to heart issues and their food is great as is. It doesn't need the salt or anything else.

Gone up there twice in the last two days to try their new frozen refreshers, yesterday they handed me a drink that was not frozen at all it had maybe 3 chucks of ice floating in it and requested my money back. Today tried again was told they were out of large cups so ordered two route 44 frozen refreshers, not only were the drinks NOT frozen again.. but they tried to hand me two medium cups and tried to charge for the route 44 size. Can’t even get drinks right and it’s pretty disappointing.

It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not, whether you’ve ordered ahead or at the kiosk, wait times are insane. People pull up and get served while you’ve been waiting half an hour. Staff doesn’t care, I assume they’re treated just as poorly by the franchisee and management. I’ve seen people come in from smoke breaks without washing their hands. Hitting their vape pens walking to or from cars. And why doesn’t the drive through card reader work with any consistency? If ever you think “hey, I’ll be able to pick up some sonic after my trip to the market” make sure you don’t have anything perishable. If they can’t handle a drive through, drive up, and mobile orders, then cut one of the options loose. Management needs to get their act together before employees quit and the locals stop coming.
