  Mar 12th, Today, I ordered SIXTY dollars worth of food, I had tots and a footlong coney missing from my order, cool, whatever, not a big deal I can get it fixed. I go through the drive thru and ask them if I could get my order fixed, they asked a million questions then proceeded to tell me to just go to the window. I reminded them and they not only said I ordered 45 minutes ago (I sat at the booth for 32 mins)so why am I complaining now but the manager had the audacity to accuse me of lying about the food missing. Mind you this was SIXTY dollars worth of food, if it were 20 bucks, no big deal. After accusations the drive thru carrier apologized and said "its been a day". Do better, I understand people lie but while spending sixty dollars on food, I'd rather get what I pay for, not be called a liar.

  LONG WAIT! I use the app to order an ice tea. After checking in with the app majority of the time it’s 20-30 min wait just to get an ice tea. It happens more than it doesn’t and it’s getting ridiculous.

  Waited over an hour for food! The order was "lost" despite the fact that payment was processed and business was slow when we first arrived. Eventually demanded to speak to the manager who finally just cancelled the order so our payment was refunded. I was patient for the first 30 minutes... Would not recommend this location to anyone!!

  I went there for lunch. The girl who took my order was rude & snappy. The name on the receipt was "Payton". Management needs to train their employees to be professional. Update 5-10-26 They are incredibly slow. You shouldn't have to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes before getting your food. Very poor service.

  Asked for small shake, order was placed for medium. After waiting 20 minutes, order showed on its way, then didn't come. I called the attendant who forgot I had already ordered and had an attitude in her voice when she brought my shake.
