For the past 2 months I've tried to order my dinner on my way home from work but to no avail I can never get a hold of the restaurant and most of the time they are out of personal pan pizzas. I don't know how you run a business when you never answer the phone. If I was the manager there I'd fire everyone on the night shift bcs several times I have called and can't ever get a hold of anyone. Honestly, I'm real sick and tired of the poor service. I'm going to find another place to buy my pizza from. I even questioned them one time why no one answers the phone in the evening and they tried telling me they do.

However when you call this location it automatically connects you with a call center The call center is horrible not only are they difficult to understand but they are pushy and rude. I spoke with a call center representative and she was rushing through my order tried to upsell me several times. Even after I explained I'm not interested It seemed primarily all they were interested in is trying to upset you on products. The call center rep constantly spoke over me and made the entire order as complicated as she could. Speaking with a Uptone in her voice and rushing through the call. Absolutely horrible. Do not use the call center. Make sure to ask if your speaking to the store. The location itself was very friendly and I felt much more comfortable speaking with them. The location was clean and everything was explained throughly with a smile and I was thanked for coming in 5 stars for the location.
