  Your employees shouldn't talk shit about your customers, the fact thats something thats allowed at this establishment is astounding. Get it together or find another job. Management should be ashamed.

  I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 RANCH snack wraps and 2 mcdoubles. I get home and open one snack wrap and it's the spicy one. This is the second they've messed up my order

  On this visit, theMeat patty on our Quarter pounder was very rare, requested and recieved a well cooked, somewhat dry burger. The restaurant was not clean, many dirty tables, women's bathroom needed to be attended too. Fountain area could have been cleaned too, the counter areas dirty, sticky residue.

  Your self service order process is not working out. I ordered the 2 for $5 Egg McMuffin deal and obviously it did not communicate with your back of house. Like they didn't even get the order. A lady in front of me had been waiting for fifteen minutes and two other people the same. We finally told a very rude employee busy with door dash orders we never received our order. It was like she didn't want to be bothered. This was on 5/2 around 9:30 am, so check who was working then. You should either get friendly cashiers to wait on your customers or fix your order machines. Very poor customer service.

  For a quick and easy dinner, its fantastic. If you have kids and want them to play its great. For a late night snack attack its perfect. The staff can be a bit rude sometimes and the environment is usually very loud and sort of messy. My suggestion, use the drive thru.
