    We ate around 4:30ish on a Thursday, 8/20. First time for me. I am a little picky about NO MAYO. Even as far as using the same knife to cut. Every single employee from the cashier to the line were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. I made sure they knew I'd be back again. Everyone working was glad to hear that and welcomed us back. Even if the food had been mediocre, which it was not, it was delicious. I would go there again because of the welcoming service we received. Hard to find a place with attentive and caring employees. I have worked in food service for almost 30 years and I know good employees when I experience them. GOOD JOB. Keep it coming and see you soon.

    Items that should have been excluded from sandwiches weren't. Items that should have been added or there in the first place weren't there either. Ordered via mobile, order waiting when I arrived. Took it home, opened it up and said, well, hell this is screwed. Did I even get the right sandwiches? I don't know, we ate them because we weren't driving back to trade them in. The sandwich I had was passable once the bits I did not want were removed but still, how hard is it to read a online order slip and make sure the sandwich is up to par. Will we go back, at this point it is highly unlikely. They are not the only sub place in town, if you know what I mean If you want repeat customers make them happy the first time or you will not see them darken your door again in all likelihood.

    The sandwiches and good are all pretty good the service sucks. I've ordered curbside pick up multiple times and sat waiting 10 to 15 mins after checking in and end up having to walk in to find my good sitting on the door dash shelf. If that's the case stop offering curbside.

    Work area hidden, so you don't know what is available as extras. Bread very stale. Very small portions of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. DId not ask about mayo or mustard. I guess they expect everyone to know how they operate. First and last time for us.

    This is the slowest sandwich place I’ve ever been to. I sat there waiting for my food for almost an hour before I got mad and left without it. I had a family member place the order through the app then they sat there waiting another hour. They called and were immediately put on hold, and no one ever got back on the phone. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I definitely won’t waste my time with them again.
