  I don't often leave reviews but I thought I needed to after my order today. Typically when ordering online & using the chipotle lane for pick up I haven't had many issues. Today we didn't get our chips, no big deal. BUT I get a vegetarian burrito & today there was some random meats in it. No idea how or why this would occur but there was a bit of shredded meat (I tasted it before I even looked & saw some more) & after this I then found a piece of diced meat before I ate it. THANKFULLY I'm not vegetarian so eating meat isn't the problem but for anyone that is or has issues with specific meats, this could have been a much bigger problem. I thought it pretty important for the company to be aware of this as it almost seemed like the meat had been in with the beans (maybe dropped in the container before my burrito was made? I truly don't know) I do know I don't often go to Chipotle because when you order online your food is often cold when you pick up. I do often get my order of light vs extra items (light rice vs extra beans etc) mixed up too but I get human error happens so it's whatever but those things happen regularly when ordering online. Best way to make sure your food is done right & is hot is to order inside where you can see them do it.

  It's a bummer I've come to literally expect poor service here but still give em a shot here and there because the food usually is decent. Today was a whole new low though and I'll stick to my locations in Vegas. It's almost as if the staff finds it funny to be rude and/or offer poor customer service. Like a running joke to say things with a tone or an underlying sarcasm and the crew snickers under their breath. Today I stood as the only person in line and was told they'd be right with me as I stood listening to them have a totally non work related personal conversation... I'm a pretty laid back dude... Talk about whatever you want while doing your job but this was just straight disrespectful... I should wait for you to finish your personal convo before being helped??? Almost like the staff was going out of their to make the point, they didn't care about service. Obviously I walked out, taking my money elsewhere. Bruh... Chipotle, get it together. It's getting pathetic...
