This is where it all started. In 2021 the Barrios family launched their first food truck at Craig and Simmons 76 Craig Mart in North Las Vegas, serving the community authentic Mexican street food made from family recipes. When the 76 gas station was sold and bought by Conoco, we had 15 days to move out, we found our new home at Cheyenne and MLK, and we never looked back. North Las Vegas showed up for us, and we've been showing up for all of Las Vegas ever since. Come through for slow braised beef birria, quesabirria tacos, birria ramen, carne asada, loaded fries, house-fried nachos, churros, aguas frescas, and weekly specials including Taco Tuesday.
