  If it were possible to give zero stars for service, I would. My co worker and I stopped in for lunch to go, the place did not appear to be busy but the worker sure acted like she couldn’t handle it. We ordered on the kiosk and both ordered the same drink which was the pineapple rockstar refresca. She dropped my bag on the counter and ran off. Then dropped his bag and ran off without saying anything. I tried getting her attention about our drinks and the other worker said hang on. So I said again excuse me can we get our drinks? She rolled her eyes and very sternly shouted yes hang on! She then made both and dropped them on the counter and ran off. They were two totally different colors. I then had to get her attention again, she finally came back and I said are these the same drink? They look different. She got very upset grabbed the red drink slammed it into the garbage can and said I made one strawberry and stormed off again. Then gave the correct drink and ran off yet again without saying a word. The people behind us saw her attitude and walked out. Said they weren’t going to deal with that. This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my 45 years of life. I wish I knew her name. There’s no way she should be working a customer service job. Despicable. I will never return to that location!!

  Me and my family just stopped at this location for lunch and one of our tacos had a huge bite taken out of it, we asked if they had a certain item on the menu to which they said no even though we found out later they did, and it took them almost 20 mins to get a lemonade when we went back in for a drink even tho there was only one other person ordering. The cashier was very understanding and polite but it was clearly not a good atmosphere, and when the cook was asked to make another taco her reply was very sharp and snarky. The attitude + how disgusting it was that there was already a bite taken out in our food is why this is a one star location. Double check your food before ordering here!

  The food was not good,the service was no better,dont know if it was an off night, or what,but I certainly do not recommend this location!! Just saying!!

  Racist employees European Americans were working here told us to go back then started laughing like it was funny I didn’t react do to my children being in the car with me. I just want to inform you they work evening time shift 6 pm on 02/21/26 . When I asked for hot sauce the older rude white lady rolled her eyes and throw the hot sauce on the box I think they failed to realize that it’s TACO bell and they are in a Hispanic community. (1st girl was white about 17-20 years old the older one looked about 40 pulling 60 ) . Also didn’t give us a receipt. Also they didn’t have any customers at the moment so they were not busy. They were just extremely disgusting to us because we were Mexican Americans.
