  My order was not totally correct. My fries weren't quite 1hot fries and everything on my double cheeseburger. This location remade my burger and replaced the fries. They did it with kindness and cheerfulness wanting the customer to be happy. I called back to thank them. I was very grateful.

  Seems like the dessert options are less varied than the used to be. The Sonic Blasts are decent,, but the add-in "candy" option is mostly toward the bottom of the cup. I had to eat some of it first so I could mix it all together. The cheeseburger was tasty but messy. The lettuce strips kept falling out with every bite. I enjoyed the crinkle fries. The guy taking my order in the drive-thru had trouble understanding me though I spoke loudly and clearly. He was very apologetic when I got to the window. Seemed like it was a speaker issue rather than the person. Even with some of the annoyances, I still enjoyed my meal. The prices were average or better than many fast food chains. Overall, it was good just not excellent.

  It’s really difficult to find a Sonic’s out here with all around fast and friendly service. The employees were decently mannered today (so that was a plus), but man I don’t understand why and how the service is always so slow 🤦🏻‍♀️!

  Very disappointed with the service at Sonic. The service was slow, and the staff did not seem to care about providing good customer service. I had to wait much longer than expected, and the experience was frustrating. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve faster and more respectful service.

  Horrendous. Fast food without the “fast” or the “food”. Ordered through the app for pickup at 10:24pm. Checked in, and waited until 10:45 with no one coming out. Tried calling the store number and was not answered. There was a long line at the drive thru that wasn’t moving either. Left without my food, let’s see if I end up getting a refund. Staff your team correctly next time. How unfortunate that I already don’t think of going to Sonic often and this is the experience when I do.
