  The line was moving fast but not for a good reason . Where is the zero stars . Their card reader was down and they neglected to let any one know, prior to ordering . I'm sure they had a lot of food waste tonight. Do better sonics. Tell your employees to communicate with customers.

  The service is so slow it no longer feels like fast food. Half the time I wait at the speaker for so long before anybody answers I think they might be closed. Also the speaker is so quiet I can't hear the server. The food is delivered wrong half the time and the workers are more busy chatting then actually serving food.

  If you're in a rush and need to get food. Don't get Sonic. This place takes a while to make your food even if it's just a cheeseburger. Also sometimes they may even mess up your order like placing the tomatoes and ketchup and all that even though you clearly asked for the burger to be plain. They did make that mistake today when I clearly asked for a plain burger and they did NOT make it plain. They're not the worst by any means but they could definitely be better.

  This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Sonic Drive-In. The service was extremely slow, and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive our food. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, messy, and looked like it had been sitting around for quite some time. To make matters worse, our drinks were delivered without straws, requiring another wait just to get basic items that should have been included from the start. The employees who brought out the food acted like they didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed that customers were even ordering. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I continue to stop at this location because it is close to home, but every visit seems to be the same: slow service, rude attitudes, and poor-quality food. The food often tastes stale, as if it has been sitting for hours, and there appears to be very little concern for customer service. I honestly have to ask why this location is even operating if customers are consistently receiving poor service and subpar food. Management needs to address the staffing, attitude, and food quality issues immediately. I will not be returning.
